I can’t express enough how much fun we had on this tour! Zoe was the perfect guide. The day before, I was actually on a different tour when two ladies highly recommended her to me—and I’m so glad they did! From the very beginning, I honestly felt like I was visiting one of my best friends and she was showing me around her hometown. Zoe was so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. At one point, I even asked her if she had studied history because she shared such a tremendous amount of Puerto Rican history, but in a way that was fun, interesting, and never felt like a lecture. One of my absolute favorite parts of the experience was stopping at a roadside kiosk and trying authentic Puerto Rican food. Zoe took the time to explain what each item was and helped us make the perfect selections. That experience alone was unforgettable! I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Zoe truly made us feel welcomed, informed, and like we were experiencing the island with a friend rather than simply taking a tour. We had an amazing time!

Joel gave me a ride from SJU to me hostel in San Juan, and he made it such a fun experience! I even mixed up my flight information, and he made sure to find me. Along the ride Joel gave me many fun recommendations for what to do in the area. Highly recommend grabbing a ride from these guys!

both rides to ferry there and back to the airport were great!! both drivers were excellent! great communication with the app and the drivers the day of the ride. I left my water bottle the day we first got here when they brought us to ferry and they brought it back the day we got picked up, 6 days later! Will book again if we come back to Puerto Rico. They made it less stressful to get around!

I can’t express how thankful I am for the service we received for our airport pickup in San Juan. Our driver, Alex, was absolutely wonderful. Although the terms state a 30-minute wait time, we ran into an unexpected issue when someone else mistakenly took our bag. The baggage agent had to track it down and have it returned, which caused a delay. Alex was incredibly kind and patient throughout the situation. He reassured us that everything would be okay and was able to extend the waiting time for us without any stress. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride itself was smooth—perfect for our family of five. I would absolutely recommend this company. I’m truly grateful for such excellent customer service!

This is a very convenient option for taking day trips for larger groups around Puerto Rico. The service communicates often via the Viator app and text messages and is very punctual. You just have to be careful about picking the right Zone numbers while making the booking. For example, we took a trip from Fajardo to San Juan and back (round trip) so we needed to pick Zone 3. It’s a little pain to change it after the fact. They do charge a nominal fee is the trip is after 9pm, which is perfectly acceptable. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend booking with this family operated transport company. They go above and beyond! Coming in with our family of five, we were all able to ride together and fit all of our luggage into one vehicle. The concierge service was just as affordable and way more convenient than booking a taxi or Uber. They will be on our list when we come back to visit. I wouldn't use anytime else🫶
