both rides to ferry there and back to the airport were great!! both drivers were excellent! great communication with the app and the drivers the day of the ride. I left my water bottle the day we first got here when they brought us to ferry and they brought it back the day we got picked up, 6 days later! Will book again if we come back to Puerto Rico. They made it less stressful to get around!

Truly amazing service. Jackie is the best and sweetest person to help me when I got lost at the airport. She stayed on the phone until I finally found her. She took my bags and wouldn’t let me even roll my luggage. I was very much impressed with her kindness. Then she gave me excellent recommendations for places to eat. A big thumbs up for this company

Easy, well priced. Safe and knowledgeable driver. He knew his way around an event happening on cruise day that blocked traffic toward the port. Pleasant demeanor, comfortable vehicle, clean and roomy! Thanks for the easy booking as well. Communicated via text before the transfer both the night before. Even sent a photo of the vehicle to reduce confusion! We'll done!

Driver let us know that he was at the ferry terminal waiting. He was a safe driver and took us directly to our hotel in Old San Juan. Very courteous, but did not really know any English so he couldn't answer any questions. However, he did the job he was supposed to do and that's all that matters!

The staff members were very friendly and energetic! They are also very knowledgeable about the location, rip tides and made sure everyone felt safe at all times. Upon arrival and check in, instructions began promptly so we could make the most of our time. There was a short break half way through, water and a snack were provided before we finished off the end of the lesson. Overall, it was a blast! Highly recommend!

The driver communicated frequently and reassured me everything was going to be fine. He was right at baggage. He was so nice, not rushing us or acting like time was ticking. He had cold waters in the car, made sure we were comfortable and chatted on the drive. Perfect experience.

Puerto Rico Green Transportation made our experience in Puerto Rico more enjoyable. The 11 passenger van from the airport was clean and very nice. Our driver (Eric) was polite and offered several recommendations for us for our visit. We also booked a private island tour using the same company. Our driver (Gabriel) was very knowledgeable and fit right in with our group of 10. He took us to several hidden treasures around the island and to an amazing restaurant (The Reef) right on the water with a great view of old San Juan. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure we will use them again on our next visit.
