Spectacular service!!

Ray was AMAZING!! After struggling with the Viator website (because our hotel had not been listed as a scheduled drop off point), an email address was provided in which he responded very promptly. When he greeted us at the airport, he was professional, yet very friendly. On the way to the hotel, he provided options of activities during our stay.

I got picked up at Ceiba airport (shares runways with Navy Roosevelt Roads), and driven to San Juan Int'l Airport (SJU). The ride was quick and diect. It took 50 minutes in sometimes heavy rush hour traffic. Driver parked the van & walked me to the elevator and told me where to proceed to my airline (Frontier) ticket counter.

Christian was my driver. He reached out about 5 mins after I got off the plane to let him know when I reached baggage claim. He gave a lot of suggestions and got us to where we needed to go. The area we went to surf...

The area we went to surf had red flags....do not enter. The instructions made all my kids feel safe and knew the rip tide and even made sure others not in the group were safe. They were all certified life guards and locals that knew their stuff. The kids had plenty of time to surf. The provided granola bars and water for break. Even their excitement when finding a full sand dollar showed me how much they love their beaches! Thank you for making our kids feel safe.

A "friend" took us on a tour of her island!

I can’t express enough how much fun we had on this tour! Zoe was the perfect guide. The day before, I was actually on a different tour when two ladies highly recommended her to me—and I’m so glad they did! From the very beginning, I honestly felt like I was visiting one of my best friends and she was showing me around her hometown. Zoe was so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. At one point, I even asked her if she had studied history because she shared such a tremendous amount of Puerto Rican history, but in a way that was fun, interesting, and never felt like a lecture. One of my absolute favorite parts of the experience was stopping at a roadside kiosk and trying authentic Puerto Rican food. Zoe took the time to explain what each item was and helped us make the perfect selections. That experience alone was unforgettable! I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Zoe truly made us feel welcomed, informed, and like we were experiencing the island with a friend rather than simply taking a tour. We had an amazing time!

Fun ride from SJU to stay

Best way to get to ferry. Made it less stressful!

both rides to ferry there and back to the airport were great!! both drivers were excellent! great communication with the app and the drivers the day of the ride. I left my water bottle the day we first got here when they brought us to ferry and they brought it back the day we got picked up, 6 days later! Will book again if we come back to Puerto Rico. They made it less stressful to get around!

I can’t express how thankful I am for the service we received for our airport pickup in San Juan. Our driver, Alex, was absolutely wonderful. Although the terms state a 30-minute wait time, we ran into an unexpected issue when someone else mistakenly took our bag. The baggage agent had to track it down and have it returned, which caused a delay. Alex was incredibly kind and patient throughout the situation. He reassured us that everything would be okay and was able to extend the waiting time for us without any stress. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride itself was smooth—perfect for our family of five. I would absolutely recommend this company. I’m truly grateful for such excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend booking with this family operated transport company. They go above and beyond! Coming in with our family of five, we were all able to ride together and fit all of our luggage into one vehicle.
