Amazing time with the best guides! Puerto Rico

Our tour guides Alex and Jul were very helpful, knowledgeable and so fun, literally will do a backflips for you off the cliffs and rope swing. They will make sure you have a great time which we did. This excursion was definitely the highlight of our trip. My tween daughter and her bestie had so much. And me and my bestie who were scared, made us feel safe by guiding us, instructing with clear directions with every step/ rock of the way . They also made sure we got our photos and videos for us by recording each of us going on the slides, swing and cliffs. Recommending this specific tour to all my family and friends.

The Bacardi Factory experience was amazing! So cool to see where it all happens and there’s limited edition bottles in the gift shop. Our tour guide was great and made the tour so much more meaningful and memorable! I wish I could remember his name but the drinks were so good I don’t remember! 😂

Great excursion to explore PuertoRico!

Both the driver George and Jasmine the tour guide were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They both speak English and Spanish and would translate to anyone who needed to. After picking everyone up, they drove us to old San Juan to tell us the history about The Morro, the Cuartel, La Plaza, La Perla, etc. and be able to snap pictures. Then, we headed to the rain forest, El Yunque and the fun began. We did some hiking in a rocky muddy path for about 5 minutes until we got to the first slide. It was fun, fun, fun!!!!!! The water was cool and refreshing but not cold. Then, we walked to the second bigger slide. It seems more scary than it is, but I definitely recommend it. If you follow the instructions of seating and leaning forward with your arms down, you will be just fine. They will take pictures of you for free through the whole trip if you don’t have a camera, or if you don’t want to take your phone to the river, and at the end, they will send you the link for you to download all your captured moments for free. I love that they even give you great advice about where not to buy due to high prices and to wait until our second stop where everything is way cheaper. The Fruteria Flores our second stop has everything, great natural drinks, food, restrooms, and a gift shop. Last, our final stop was Luquillo Beach. Beautiful clean place with soft sand and clear blue water. Great place to relax.

I really debated over booking this tour due to it being expensive, but I am so glad we did! Claudia is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. The food we had was delicious and I feel that I now have some ideas for places to eat the next time I come to San Juan. I enjoyed hearing about the culture behind the food and how it is made as well. It was definitely time and money well spent!

So much fun!

We had a great time on the water! It was wonderful seeing the fort from the water - and we got to swim! We only had one other couple on the water with us - which made for a nice experience. Not sure how it is with more people, but if you like the water and jet skiing, then definitely recommend. I wish I could remember the guide's name - he was so very sweet!

Brilliant experience

This was such a great tour, well worth money for the variety of things you get to do. Aside from the amazing scenery, the best bit was the staff; absolutely wonderful with everyone, but especially with those who were struggling to walk up and down the rainforest paths. These two were a credit to their company (Jorge and a young lady whose name escapes me). They took great care to help everyone on the waterslides. Absolutely recommend this tour and company.

Highly recommend this fun excursion. Got to see some amazing beaches with our knowledgeable guide, Rafael. He was very helpful in every way possible, friendly, fun and gave clear instructions. I couldn’t have asked for better. Bio Bay was amazing. They pair you with another amazing company. Very organized and a good time. Would do this again with them.

Seth was amazing

It wasn’t too long of a walk done to the water, pretty easy actually. The water was beautiful, we met Luna and had a ton of fun. Our guide, Seth, made it so much better. He knew what to do and where to go, while being safe and still having a great time. I would come back just to have him again!

Worth it

It was a great day, some hiking, some scrambling over rocks and water fun. Things that would have helped to know: Don’t take anything but a small dry bag, towel and water bottle. You’ll leave it all on the bus. Pay for your smoothie after you order it, not when you pick it up. Wear your eye glasses on the hike. Leave them at the first water area. Hike up to the falls without them.

you leave from the beach,...

you leave from the beach, you dont take a boat. there are changing rooms and they have pool shoes. you can stay at the beach after the excursion. My only con is that im 230# and i had a weight belt around my waste. after we started, an operator moved the belt from waste to across my chest. the weights sat on top of my stomach. it looks bad, i dont even want to show the pics/video to anyone. Please find a way to attach the weights to the harness we wore.
