Must do!

Oh my goodness! I have no words! Okay let me start with saying, with all the reviews I’ve seen on YouTube, I knew I would have a great experience on the hot air balloon. But no one never mentioned how friendly, and kind the staff is. I had SUCH A GREAT TIME! I recommend to everyone to try it at least once. Such a great experience!

Amazing Experience!

What a really fun and enjoyable time! And crazy value! We got a chance to check out a few taco spots and had beers and mezcal on the way to the show. It was such a fun experience! We were treated so well by Diego Maria and Chris. Super fun and knowledgeable. 10/10 would do again! Also… watching the lucha libre wrestling was way too fun!

Must do tour!

We had such an amazing time on our Tolantongo tour with Diego! There was plenty of communication before and throughout the trip, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. He kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and every part of the day was so enjoyable. The views were incredible, the food was amazing, and the whole experience was truly worth it. Once-in-a-lifetime experience!

My husband and I had a great experience with Volare overall. They communicated our pickup time the day before and were right on time. Check-in was easy. They had hot coffee and tea available while we waited. Our captain, Karen, was awesome, professional and friendly. She got us really close to the pyramids and the views were AMAZING. We had a smooth landing and the crew was waiting for us when we touched down. Definitely bring cash for tips since the crew works hard to get everyone landed safely and efficiently. There was also a photographer taking photos, plus a 360 camera attached to the balloon. They offer different photo/video packages. We opted for the drone + photo package and were really happy with the quality. These are once-in-a-lifetime memories, so if you think you’ll purchase the photos, remember to smile and wave at the cameras! Breakfast afterward was nothing to write home about, but the mariachi band was a nice touch. We also opted to explore the pyramids on our own rather than with a guide, which we enjoyed since we could go at our own pace. It was HOT by 11am, so bring a hat, umbrella, sunscreen and water. There is no shade there. The ride back took almost two hours due to traffic, and unfortunately our van’s AC wasn’t working, so it got pretty hot. Opening the windows helped, and our driver was professional and efficient. Despite that, the experience was definitely worth it!

Always a great time!

We have come to Mr Sanchos several times and we keep coming back for a reason….its a great time! The beach was clean and nice. We ordered food off the menu and sampled many drinks :) Many amenities are offered…horseback riding, jetskis, massages…etc $20 taxi ride from port. It’s hard not to have a good time. They will take care of you!

Very professional...

Very professional organization. We were picked up at our Air B and B at the right time, then driven out to the site. The balloon ride was spectacular and not frightening at all. Then off to breakfast in a cave which was a lot of fun. A great day and a great value. Highly recommend.

Viator horrible customer service

The overall experience was good. However viator has been horrible after all of the events ive booked through them. My partner pulled his muscle needs to have surgery and I tried to ask them to refund me for his ticket or give me a credit them denied that. Thats horrible customer service with someone that books all the time. There are other sites you can use i would recommend you DONT USE VIATOR lack of customer service is a real thing. Ill post on social media as well.

We had the BEST TIME ever

We had such an amazing experience doing the ATVs, cenote, and ziplines during our honeymoon! Alan was our guide and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so friendly, fun, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. The whole excursion was such a fun adventure and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Alan kept everything entertaining while also making sure we knew what we were doing and felt safe along the way. You could tell he genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. We made so many fun memories that day and are so thankful Alan was our guide! If you get the chance to do this excursion, definitely ask for Alan.
