DO IT!! Best team!

It was amazing! Traveled with my husband and 2 boys (8 and 10). Easy drive from the port to the boat and the boat and overall tour did not feel crowded. Definitely saw some massive groups in other boats whole ay Stingray City and we were happy to not be part of those. Captain Kirk and Brent were great! Brent spent so much time answering my kids questions and telling them stories! Snorkeling was good but the highlight is definitely the sting rays! What an experience!!!!! We all had plenty of time petting them and learning about them. And while there had so many jusy swimming around us. Beautiful water! The crew was the best! Excited to go back and see more with that team !

Great Bio tour, Chase is the best!

Can’t recommend enough. Chase was very laid back, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is very timely in his responses back via email and communication was smooth and easy. We met him on time and he took us for a Bio Bay tour leaving at 7:30. We got to go on a short little boat ride and watch the sun disappear entirely before we got to the Bay. He provided OFF as the mosquitos can be bad he said, but if you’re in the water we didn’t have any trouble with them at all. Each of us adults and children oohed and ahhed as we entered the water and saw the bioluminescence for the first time. It’s important to check the new moon schedule and book the day of your trip closest to the new moon you can, as the darkness helps with visibility. We saw so many amazing sparkles and bright flashes of microorganisms glowing in the water and it was a night none of us will soon forget. Thank you, Chase!!!! Cya Wednesday for our 6 hour tour! :)

We had a great experience with this tour operator. Guides were really laid back and provided great information about what to do and what not to do. They gave us plenty of time at each location to enjoy the stingrays, starfish and snorkeling. It was a really great experience. We had 2 kids with us- 6 & 8 years old they had the best time! Plenty of opportunities to interact with the stingrays. Very happy!

My family and I booked the bioluminesent tour with snorkleling, starfish, and stingrays. Ferick was our captain, and all I can say is Ferick is the best! He was knoweldgable and kind and went the extra mile to make sure my entire family was comfortable from the grandparents to the teenagers, he catered to everyone. The experience was amazing and personalized and professional. It was worth every $. The only flaw was being sure exactly where to be picked up for the tour, but one quick text to the number provided, and the problem was solved. Excellent customer service. I can't recomment this charter enough!

The experience was amazing, and the crew was fantastic. We did miss out on some of the sailing experience, but that was our choice. They were nice enough to pick us up at Starfish Point, which took 35 minutes off our drive from the East End. The water where the experience takes place is calm, making it easy to snorkel. If you're able to swim under the boat, the effect is magnetized due to the darkness.

Here’s your updated review with that added smoothly: ⸻ We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The boat itself is a 24-foot bow rider—perfect for a fun, comfortable private outing. It has a small stern ladder that makes getting in and out of the water easy, especially for swimming and snorkeling stops. Captain Dean (definitely request him!) was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and very laid back. He made the whole trip feel relaxed while still being informative and engaging. You can tell he really knows the area and takes pride in giving guests a great experience. They provided everything we needed: bottled water, soft drinks, flotation vests, and snorkeling gear—super convenient and well-organized. We met in West Bay and visited Starfish Point, Stingray City, and a beautiful reef for snorkeling. The entire trip was private for our group of six (including two kids), which made a huge difference. We specifically wanted to avoid the crowds, and this was absolutely the way to do it—no rush, no chaos, just a fun and memorable family experience. The trip lasted a little over 4 hours, which was perfect, but they were very flexible—if you want more time, just ask. Omar handled all the communication and was excellent throughout. He stayed in touch leading up to the trip and even helped reschedule to avoid bad weather, which we really appreciated. One extra tip—if you’re staying on the East End (Rum Point area), you can request pickup and drop-off there. It’s a great option that saves you from having to drive all the way to West Bay. All in all, a 5/5 experience. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely book with them again.
