Super duper fun. Get down and dirty with the buggys. Fast and f furious and get to see wildlife goats ducks and cattle
We had a great time and Eli was a wonderful tour guide! He was so down to earth and social and made the experience so much more fun. He took us on trails and we were able to stop and look at the scenery. Beautiful location and the restaurant attached is amazing and such a perfect end to be able to have a late lunch. The food was amazing! Will definitely be coming back when we return to PR!
The entire experience was great. I took my son for his 21st birthday. Just know that you definitely need a face mask and some form of goggles. I had shades and it didn’t do me justice because there’s a lot of dirt when you’re driving the ATVs. Make sure you bring clothes that you don’t mind getting damaged because there’s a lot of mud holes that you’re gonna splash into. Definitely a lot of fun. There’s a hut for food and drinks there if you get hungry. Just know you will not be allowed to have any alcoholic drinks before your excursion, which is understandable. I would definitely bring a change of clothes and a towel to clean off after the excursion before you head out. I would definitely do this excursion again. The property is simply amazing.
Unpaid for the videos and only received the photos also paid for express delivery and still was disappointed….Aldo I would have loved for the ppl to tell me to but googles and a face mask I would never want to do this without the proper protection and I wish they would have told me more because I paid almost 500 for the tour and pics but was unable to enjoy the pictures due to the lack of information on how dirty it was and how much I was paying for pics

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Regarding the videos, the photo and video services are provided by a separate company onsite. Based on the service purchased, the information regarding the videos is correct. We recommend contacting the photo/video provider directly if you believe part of your purchase was not received so they can review it with you.
As for the protective gear, we understand that you would have preferred to have more information beforehand. However, protective gear such as goggles and face masks is recommended for our ATV tours and is available for purchase onsite. This information is also provided online, and the area where guests wait before the tour is located directly next to the shop where the protective items are displayed and available.
Our ATV tours take place on natural, unpaved trails, so dust and dirt are an expected part of the experience. We always encourage guests to come prepared and to take advantage of the protective gear available onsite.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make sure our guests have clear expectations before their tour.
So much fun! You will get wet and muddy - but that’s what we wanted! The guide was great! Would definitely recommend.
Wear long sleeve and long breathable pants. Hope they dry fast. Lol Buy the googles and face shield trust me.
We did a 2 hr UTV tour and we were the only ones on it. We followed the guide around in circles for an hour. We then stopped in front of the first building built on the property. He told us we could look around but not go past a rope by the building or we could stand on a floating dock but wouldn't recommend since it was raining and then left us there for at least 20 mins. In the pouring rain!! We wanted to leave but chose to finish the other hour. This time he found a couple different circles and at least he was finally going faster so we could have a little bit of adrenaline. We were throughly disappointed. We thought it was going to be on actual trails and that would lead us to somewhere but nope. I don't like leaving negative reviews but for the price we paid, it was not worth it.
Hector was a great tour guide, he gave us some Puerto Rico history and we had a great time on the UTV trail
10/10 experience from start to finish!! Loved learning the history of our surroundings and then getting SO MUCH DIRTIER THAN EXPECTED with all the MUD lol would definitely book again with Noel & the other tour guide he was partnered with. Both amazing🔥
Had a really great time! Very suggested to bring either a face mask or glasses sand and mud will get into your eyes and face but very worth it! We brought a speaker so while driving we listened to our music. 10/10
we had a great time!! noel was a fantastic gude he knew how to keep us safe. this was totally worth every penny
It was fun. You go pretty slow for UTV and it’s just a trail I’ve experienced better for the $$ going as fast as 14 mph you really don’t even need the helmet. Overall 3/5. Great staff 5/5 but I suggest a better trail with views. The UTV were a little outdated some doors wouldn’t even open and the others wouldn’t close. Should be $75 per person not $130.
UTV tour was really fun! Roberto was awesome, super personable. We were on a small tour and had a great time. Make sure you have plenty of time to get there. PR traffic and road closures delayed us quite a bit. Thanks for being patient with us!
This was great experience, and Roberto was an awesome guide. They had just had some rain so there were some good mud puddles. Purchase goggles and gaiters there or bring from home. Overall great trip
10/10 experience the establishment answered the phones to traffic expense from my air bnb and other excursions.
We had an amazing time. Eli was a great tour guide. Get googles and something to cover your face. Wear pants and long sleeves 🤣🤣. The amount of dust you will have on your body is a lot.
Fun, but you going to get dirty so don't wear a white shirt lol ‼️‼️‼️‼️ and it's the perfect amount of time
It was fun and worth the cost would love to go again and the service was great along with the staff.
Make sure to buy mask and goggles for the dust. Our tour guide was amazing! We had a lot of fun! Would highly recommend.
Such a fun experience! The UTV ride was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The trails were beautiful, the ride was exciting, and everything was well organized. The tour guide Eli was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a little adventure in Puerto Rico !
I arrived a little late for our UTV tour and called ahead to let the staff know. I was told to wait an additional five minutes, but instead of being allowed to join, I was rebooked and charged a $22 rebooking fee.
To make matters worse, my brother, who has ADHD, received two warnings while he was simply trying to get comfortable and adjust to driving the UTV. Rather than showing patience or understanding, the staff quickly removed him from participating.
Overall, the entire experience felt very rigid and lacking in compassion. I understand that safety rules are important, but there was no effort to accommodate our situation or work with us. Between the rebooking fee and how my brother was treated, I left feeling that customer service and understanding were not a priority. I would not recommend this tour if you’re looking for a company that is willing to show flexibility or empathy.
My son and I had absolutely no idea what to expect and went into this adventure with an open mind. It was fantastic! Absolutely one of the highlights of my trip and definitely my son's. I highly recommend getting the go pro. The team that sells the package is fantastic. They mount it for you from a couple different perspectives and met us at the half way point to take still photos as well!
Eli, the actual guide was outstanding! Hopefully y'all get the chance to follow him!
Definite must and will do it again!!!
It was a really fun experience and the instructors gave a great tour. If booking make sure to bring goggles and a scarf to cover your mouth it is very dusty overall 10/10 experience
Eli was amazing. We had a good time I recommend this. The views were amazing our kids had a good time.
Eli was a great guide. He was very accommodating to try and make our experience more fun. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I wish they offered an advanced course experience and a beginners so that the people who aren’t familiar or comfortable driving a UTV could be with others who drive the same. We own a UTV at home and are very comfortable. For us, seeing the grounds was neat, but the folks in front of us kept riding the brakes and taking corners really slow. The first hour was a little boring for a UTV “adventure”. I expressed my concerns with Eli and he put us in the back so we could hang back a little to go a little faster without running into the people in front of us. That made the experience worth it in the end for us. Thank you Eli! 🫶
Great time riding utv with the family, a little mud, hills, cool views of the property and animals. Noel was a great guide, sxs were nice units to meet our demands
Honestly wasn't amazed. Literally driving in big circles. Was supposed to be 2 hours .my slot time was 12:30, started at 1pm. Drove 15 min to take pictures . Then got back on drove 15 min to take a "break" . Like we just started!. Had to meet up with the tour guide at 1:52pm afterthought 15 min brake. We start driving at 2 and tour ended at exactly 2:30. $358 for pretty much driving in circles for 1 hour total. Completely disappointed 😞. Save your money! Wish I can ask for a refund.
Eli and Joel were awesome tour guides. They communicated with each other and with the guests very well! Safety first, fun a close second! We would do it again - be prepared to be VERY dusty. We did not drive through water or rivers. Bring your own scarf/face covering and goggles. Those are a MUST. If you buy them there they are pricey - but necessary. Plan ahead and grab them off Amazon!
It was a great experience for me and my friend. Our instructor Noelle was very helpful and made me feel comfortable as a recent driver. He was very patient and kindly guided us through the different parts of the route. We will definitely return again!
We had a great time! Be prepared for a bumpy ride. We were fine without face masks but probably should have bought the goggles
