This tour was probably the best part of our trip! We picked this primarily for the sea turtle portion and it did not dissapoint! Natalia was our primary guide for the trip and lead the snorkeling which was awesome. I bought a waterproof cover for my phone so was lucky enough to get some great pictures- but the tour group also took some and sent them to us.
***A WARNING TO PARENTS***- the age range is 6+ for this excursion, the swim is a bit long (we were up against the current for the first part) and my 6 year old struggled and I would consider her a relatively stronger swimmer. The guides were great, patient and helpful- but if your kid is still in the early stages of learning, this is probably NOT the tour to do. My 8 year old did fine.
The rest of the day at Flamenco Beach was also great, the views and the water are insanely beautiful. You can rent umbrellas/chairs- we did the "combo" which was 2 loungers and an umbrella.
I read that some people had some issues with the Ferry, we did not experience any of that, they kept us right on schedule and no issues.
I would recommend this to anyone going to PR on vacation!

Had such a good time on this snorkel tour. The crew was really nice and made everything easy and fun. The water was beautiful and we saw so many fish and sea turtles. Definitely one of the best things we did in Puerto Rico. Would 100% do it again.

Everything was great from start to finish. My goal with this tour was to be completely worry free, I didn’t want to plan anything, and they delivered exactly that.
At the port, there’s parking available for $15 per day. We met at 8am and took the 8:20 am ferry, so don’t be late.
Once we arrived in Culebra, we took a private bus to Tamarindo Beach, and the snorkeling experience was simply amazing. The water was crystal clear, they provided snorkeling gear for those who didn’t bring their own, as well as floaties for your safety. Be prepared to swim!! We saw turtles, stingrays, beautiful reefs, and lots of fish. They also took pictures of us using their own camera, which was a great touch.
After snorkeling, they offered water, juice, and fruits. For the price, it would have been nice if they included something a bit more filling. So bring some food just in case.
Next, we went to Flamenco Beach and the place is absolutely beautiful! There are chairs available to rent and food kiosks, nothing fancy but convenient.
We were asked to meet back at 4 pm to return to the port, which felt a bit rushed since we only had about 3 hours there.
Back at the port, they handed us our tickets, and we took the ferry around 5 ish back to Ceiba.
Overall, everything was great! It is a bit pricey, and you could technically do it on your own, but if you’re like me and just want to relax without worrying about tickets, transportation, or planning, it’s totally worth it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! 🐢🌊
We’re so glad to hear the tour gave you exactly what you were looking for — a worry-free day where everything was planned and handled for you. That’s a big part of what we aim to provide, from ferry coordination and transportation in Culebra to snorkeling gear, guides, safety support, photos, and beach time.
It sounds like you had an amazing snorkeling session at Tamarindo, and we’re happy you got to enjoy turtles, rays, reefs, fish, and the beauty of Flamenco Beach. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the snacks and beach time, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience.
Thank you again for joining us and for recommending the tour to travelers who want to relax and enjoy Culebra without the stress of planning! 🤿🏝️

We had a fantastic time. We saw 4 sea turtles, urchins, a stingray, and a bunch of tropical fish. It was a very good experience. The only thing I’d add for people to be aware of is that the snorkel mask won’t have a good seal if you have a mustache. My husband was struggling with water getting in his mask because of the mustache and we didn’t think about that before hand, just a helpful tip before you go!
It was really nice to have the transportation totally figured out for us when we were on Culebra. Flamenco beach was also stellar.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! 😊
We’re thrilled to hear you had such a fantastic experience and enjoyed everything from the snorkeling to the beach time. Getting to enjoy the marine life and relax at Flamenco Beach really makes for an unforgettable day.
We also appreciate you sharing that helpful tip for future guests — little details like that can definitely make a difference in comfort while snorkeling. And we’re glad having all the transportation coordinated helped make the day feel easy and stress-free.
Thanks again for sharing your experience 🌊✨

It’s was amazing. For a person who doesn’t really know how to swim they were very helpful. They explained each thing which make you safe

Thank you for your kind review! 😊
We’re so happy to hear you had an amazing experience and felt safe and supported throughout the tour. Helping guests feel comfortable and confident in the water — especially first-time or less experienced swimmers — is very important to us.
Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re glad the guidance and explanations helped make the day enjoyable 🌊✨

Worth every penny. Myself and 2 daughters enjoyed the snorkeling and seeing the sea turtles! The beach was absolutely beautiful.

I’m so grateful I met Edgar & Jose - they are amazing tour guides and I have so much respect for them for what they’ve done for us to make each activity this amazing.
Arely_T, May 2026
Very amazing experience. I brought my 7 year old son and he had a blast. Nora was our tour guide and she made the experience a 10/10. I love sea turtles and to see them for the first time made me feel like a little girl again. Definitely recommend snorkeling at culebra!
Elvia_O, May 2026
This Is a scam and I do not recomend it to anyone!! We only did the turtle/snurkle activity and 2 1/2 hrs a f fre time at the beach and that was it. The guide was excellent with his work, that’s not the problem. The problem is that for that price we paid $150 dollars per person/ticket , they should have at least another activity plus, include lunch. Im very disappointed!!! I will not recommend it to anyone in my family or friends. Tooo expensive!!
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with the overall value of the experience, though we’re glad to know your guide provided excellent service.
Our Culebra tour includes roundtrip ferry transportation between Ceiba and Culebra, full snorkeling gear, guided snorkeling at Tamarindo, transportation within Culebra throughout the day, and beach time at Flamenco Beach. Lunch is not advertised as included for this experience, and the itinerary provided is the one described for this tour.
We understand that everyone’s expectations may be different, but we do want to clarify that the services included in the tour were provided as listed. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

What a fun time with some great guides!!! Never snorkeled before and the guides made it fun and easy to learn and showed us some great underwater scenery!!! Definitely coming back but need the same guides again!! It’s not like this in Ohio!!
Hector_E, May 2026
Saw stingrays and turtles but we didn’t see a nurse shark , guide is amazing and water is super clear and they give snacks after !
Bryce_F, May 2026
This was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely kind and very communicative. I was running late and notified them when I should arrive by and they checked in with me to ensure I would make the trip. As for the trip, it was lovely. You meet at the ferry, take the ferry to Culebra, get in the transport and go to either the beach or the snorkeling experience then swap about 3 hours later. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling was filled with life. The pictures were emailed to me the next day. I highly highly recommend this experience and will 100% book it again when I’m back.

Amazing time, the best tour guides. Had a wonderful time exploring the sea life and got to see turtles, provider snacks as well!
David_P, Apr 2026
Amazing time snorkeling with my wife. Edgardo, the tour guide was very informative and pleasant. The whole tour ran smoothly from getting tickets, being provided equipment and given instructions. Highly recommended.
Esmeralda_R, Apr 2026
We had a great time with snorkeling at Tamarindo Beach and spending time at Flamenco Beach. Natalia, Jose, and Edgar did a great job. They took care of everything and were helpful and informative. We even saw a turtle missing a fin!
I have been trying to get a hold of them to get access to the digital photo album that’s included in the experience, but have been unsuccessful. Hopefully someone will see this review and get in touch with me.
Kaitlyn_R, Apr 2026
Went on the tour with my husband, and it was an awesome experience! Learned so much about the island from the guides and got to see turtles and so much more on the snorkeling portion
Jillian_B, Apr 2026
The experience was amazing! Nora and Marta were so knowledgeable about the island and local sea creatures. The snorkeling was nothing but majestic. Jose got some amazing pictures of our group. Flaminco beach had everything we needed to relax after the swim. The churrasco tacos suggested by Jose melted in your mouth. Arles who owns the Playero made the most delicious passion fruit mojito. Some MUST BRINGS, extra sunscreen (you will have to reapply), hat, sunglasses (a strap so the ocean won't whisk them away) towels. Waterproof phone case to get those cool pics, water bottle, CASH for tipping, you can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach. ALSO If you get sea sick take dramamine 30 min before and bring zofran, so many people were getting sick on ferry to island due to choppy waters.
m_n, Apr 2026
I traveled with friends and did not receive the digital album. I was on the ferry back when I remembered. Others on the trip did not receive it either. I messaged days ago and have not gotten a response.
Sharvari_K, Apr 2026
Something that’s not being mentioned in the description is that you need to know swimming and the snorkeling water is supposed to 25-30 feet deep. We also felt the instructors were very rude and non friendly and did not care if we were able to follow them. We would not have booked this tour if we known that the water is deep and instructors are rude. We could not complete the tour but would have appreciated if they could have helped us a little bit to show something around.
daniel_g, Apr 2026
Good trip. We spend just the right amount of time at both places. The snorkeling was pretty good but not quite as much to see as I have seen on other trips. The beach was amazing. I heard that the snorkeling at the beach was even better than the snorkel spot. Guides were fun, friendly, and informative
Samuel_B, Apr 2026
So much fun, the tour guides were so friendly and kind and gave a lot of insight about the island itself. You don’t want to miss an opportunity like this!
Pamela_J, Apr 2026
Great experience from start to finish. Our tour guides Hector, Jose and Nat were the best! Snorkeling was a good time, not too taxing, saw some sea turtles. Flamenco Beach was beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrellas. We were lucky to have a great weather day. Would definitely recommend
Marcey_W, Apr 2026
They were great about sending all of the information that we needed. We didn’t get to go because they cancelled at 7:45 for an 8 am start due to weather. We were already there and waiting. They did offer a rebook or full refund.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you highlighting the communication you received leading up to the tour.
We truly understand how frustrating it must have been to already be on-site and ready to go, only for the experience to be cancelled shortly before departure. While we always aim to make weather-related calls as early as possible, there are situations where conditions shift quickly, and for everyone’s safety, a last-minute decision becomes necessary.
We’re glad to hear our team was able to promptly offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused to your plans.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit and provide you with the full experience under better conditions 🌊

Great time. The current was a bit tough going out but we saw a little of everything including 5 or so turtles and a few baby turtles 🐢. The beach was amazing and the time provided there was perfect. Loved the extra hour to check out downtown Culebra before heading back.
Adriana_R, Apr 2026
Visiting Culebra was the best choice of our trip. The tour guides were fenomenal, knowlegable and very patient. The snorkeling was great and Flamenco Beach outstanding. I will definetlay come back.
Megan_M, Apr 2026
Unfortunately the tide was too high so our experience was pretty much a total loss other than some pretty views. I feel like the owners should have canceled the trip and hopefully will choose to refund some of the money since we did not get to do anything as planned. We could not go in the water at all.
Alexa_R, Mar 2026
Our snorkeling trip was canceled less than an hour before we were supposed to arrive to the ferry, which took us 1.5 hours to drive to, with not much of an explanation. If it were to be because of weather or the crew had an emergency, that would have been understandable but that did not seem to be the case. While this was disappointing, it did seem like tour company was otherwise very good, responsive via text and sending multiple reminder and preparation emails. Just bummed because I was really looking forward to some good snorkeling during my visit to PR :(
Francine_B, Mar 2026
Great tour guides, Flamenco Beach was beautiful. The snorkeling part was ok. Be prepared to swim from the shore to the reef and turtle sightings, about 3/4 of a mile.
