I did the tour (5am pickup) on October 19th. The Bus, #2024, was very clean and comfortable and the driver did an exceptional job. Tour guides Ramiro and Kevin were very helpful, friendly and kept the atmosphere very lively and jolly. All stops on the tour were really lovely. Lunch buffet offered at the cenote was also very good.

Our Favorite Night of Our Trip

This tour was such a delight from start to finish. The tour operators sent out detailed, easy to follow instructions prior to the event making it easy to plan the rest of our day. Our tour guides Maria and Karen were absolutely delightful, setting a perfect vibe for the night. I can't imagine attending Lucha Libre without having their helpful history of the sport and assistance with getting in and out of the very busy arena. The beer and mezcal were an excellent addition and my partner and I both loved the taco stand we ate at. I never would have discovered it outside of this tour and it ended up having one of our favorite tacos of our trip. Truly can not recommend this tour enough, it was one of our favorite things we did on our trip. It has everything you could want, a little culture, delicious food and drink and entertainment.

This experience was definitely the highlight of our trip. The hot air balloon experience was breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to be able to fly over the pyramids!! The landing was also gentle and overall much less scary than we thought it would be. The hosts were great with communication and were very well organized. Also special thanks to our guides who were super friendly and attentive. Overall, I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Mexico City.

It was an interesting experience! Our guide, Adrian, was really great and made the whole trip more interesting and enjoyable, while also making us feel safe. The driver was great as well. I wasn’t too impressed with the pools, but the caves were an absolute gem and definitely the highlight of the trip!

Excellent tour and a must-do when in Cancun

This is an excellent tour as you get to see one of the wonder’s of the world! Our guides Cesar and Alfredo were brilliant and knowledgeable throughout the day. Chichen Itza itself cannot be missed - you also get a guided tour which is really useful and informative to understand the history. The cenote swim is a must-do and is great fun! The buffet afterwards is also delicious. There is a 30 minute or so stop in a small town called Valladolid afterwards on the way back to Cancun. It is really nice to wander around and take some pictures. All in all this is a brilliant tour and would highly recommend for anyone wanting an all inclusive experience.

It was a fantastic day!...

It was a fantastic day! The hot balloon was definitely the highlight and they made sure the weather was fine for flying. Pyramids were also very nice - 1h30 was a bit short to explore all the site but still a good amount of time. Definitely recommend this day trip from Mexico!

This was our first visit...

This was our first visit to Mr Sanchos but it won’t be our last! At check in, our private server led us to a table on the beach while pointing out the buffet area and restrooms. Although it rained most of the day, Jose was very attentive and suggested items on the menu we might want to try. The coconut shrimp was delicious as well as the tacos and fajitas. Next time I hope the sun shines!

Absolutely Breathtaking! A Journey Back Nearly 2,000 Years!

If you're visiting Mexico City, seeing the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacán should be at the very top of your list! I've always been fascinated by history and archaeology, but there's something truly extraordinary about standing in the middle of a city that was already flourishing nearly 2,000 years ago. Pictures simply cannot capture the enormous scale of this place! Walking along the Avenue of the Dead and seeing the magnificent Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the Moon is an unforgettable experience. What fascinated me most was contemplating the civilization that built this remarkable city, long before the Aztecs came to prominence. The architectural achievements, religious traditions, and mysteries surrounding Teotihuacán make it one of the most fascinating archaeological sites I've ever encountered. I particularly appreciate the concept behind this tour: spending your valuable time exploring the archaeological site rather than being shuffled through souvenir shops and other tourist traps. When I travel, I want to experience the history and culture of a place, not spend half my day being pressured to buy things! I'd also recommend going in the morning, especially if you want to avoid the worst of the afternoon heat. And bring comfortable walking shoes because there's plenty of ground to cover! Whether you're passionate about ancient civilizations or simply looking for an extraordinary experience outside Mexico City, Teotihuacán is absolutely worth the trip. It's one of those places that stays with you long after you've left Mexico. Highly recommended!

Cielo Azteca was a great group with great communication. They had to cancel due to excessive wind speed but we’re great with communication via WhatsApp and we’re able to get us rescheduled for the next day. Mar was a great host and explained everything to us really well.

Great experience

So amazing. It was worth waking up early. I took my kids 11 and 16. I thought it might be scary, but it wasn’t at all. It goes up slow and you just float. Even the landing was great. Riding on an airplane is way scarier! I have scratched that off my bucket list, I’m happy about it!

Awe-Inspiring

Riding a hot air balloon over the pyramids was so peaceful and beautiful. It brought tears of awe into my eyes. The photo shoot beforehand was so fun. Ruth did a great job putting us at ease and getting us wonderful pictures (for an added cost). Breakfast in the cave was delicious and romantic. The pyramids guided tour was very informative and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs at the shop and the liquor tasting. 10/10 would recommend!
