Eva and Bernie were the absolute best!!

Eva and Bernie were so awesome. Not only were they knowledgeable of the history of Lucha Libre, they shared it in a way that was engaging and very entertaining but they were so personable and fun. Being a fan (to put it lightly) of wrestling I loved that I walked away with new things to go check out and immediately went and watched some Blue Demon and Santos movies I learned about during the experience. They even had recommendations of where to pick up the best merch on our way out. Thank you both so much for making this a memorable 10 year anniversary for us!

Sunrise Balloon Ride is a Must!

If you are considering a balloon ride over the pyramids, don't hesitate in booking this experience. The team was amazing and made our day easy, informative and fun. Victor was our amazing driver, Fernanda kept the tour informed and handled our tickets and meals, to keep our experience running smoothly, lastly our balloon captain Mauricio was amazing and gave us spectacular views and a smooth landing. The team made the day fun, easy and cool. The breakfast in the cave was ok, but the experience and performance was cool to have. I recommend bringing some snacks and water with you. Don't forget a hat, by the time we made it to the pyramids the sun came out and there is limited shade and seating there. I would 100% recommend this tour for any first timers or even if you've been before. The views alone during the sunrise were spectacular and we couldn't be more happy with our experience.

Check in for the hot air balloons was super easy with our host Mar and her supporting team, and they had refreshments available while we waited to leave to the take-off site. The hot air balloon ride itself was so cool, and our pilot Abraham was very kind, he even turned our balloon at one point to get the pyramids in the background of pictures we were taking. The whole experience is very efficient, 10/10 would recommend :)

Well worth it!

Amazing tour learning about Mayan history. Tour guides Juam and Frank were very friendly and knowledgeable, and could not fault our driver Caid either. Not rushed, plenty of time in each place. The swim in the cenote was well needed after a hot and sticky walk around Chichen Itza. A long day but worth it to see one of the wonders of the world!

Would Recommend

This was such an amazing experiencing. Even though we had to wake up at 5 am it was totally worth it. The staff was so kind throughout the experience. They fed us some snacks before we left and after the experience they gave us breakfast. Then when we went to the pyramids the tour guide was so experienced and told us about the history and would chat with us in between. He also took us to an artisan who showed us different obsidian and different culinary preparations on prickly pear and taught us a few words. The artisan was so courteous and was happy to answer any questions.

Great spot to bring a large party!

The wait staff is wonderful. They ensure you are taken care of and have a great time. There are a few pools with tables and stools inside the pools which is a nice feature. The swim up bars are a nice touch even though wait staff is constantly walking around to clean up and take orders.

We had a great time on...

We had a great time on the tour! Our guides Cesar and Louis were amazing - we learned so much about Mayan history and had lots of fun! Everyone could tell how passionate these two are about their job. The first stop was at a original store by local craftsmen, where we were able to buy original crafted pieces (e.g. jewelry) and we also learned about obsidians and got to receive our own personal Mayan horoscope. When we arrived at Chichen Itza, we got a guided tour through the site by Louis, which was very interesting. A little bit more time to explore the different ruins by detail afterwards would have been nice, but it was still a great experience! Next up was swimming in the cenote, which was also amazing and the buffet was delicious. The last stop was to see a small beautiful church and a free tequila tasting. All in all an amazing experience, totally would recommend!

Awe-Inspiring

Riding a hot air balloon over the pyramids was so peaceful and beautiful. It brought tears of awe into my eyes. The photo shoot beforehand was so fun. Ruth did a great job putting us at ease and getting us wonderful pictures (for an added cost). Breakfast in the cave was delicious and romantic. The pyramids guided tour was very informative and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs at the shop and the liquor tasting. 10/10 would recommend!
