Our guide Ria and driver Lucky gave us an amazing look at life in Hanoi throughout the course of the afternoon. Great food, interesting history and some insight into life in Hanoi in the present made up an incredible half day experience. They both took such great care of us in the heat. An awning on the Jeep and plenty of water plus Ria's joyfilled view of the world and Lucky's driving expertise made for a fantastic afternoon.

What a great way to see Vietnam and taste delicious street food. We opted for the 7 courses with 1 Michelin option and everything was so good. It was not food that we would have chosen on our own so that’s what makes it worthwhile. The Michelin option was a beef stew place that’s been in business since 1975. Our guide Johnny and the rest of the team were friendly and great drivers.

Nelson did a wonderful job as our guide on our journey through Cu Chi tunnels and the Mekong River. The tour was very informative and entertaining. The opportunity to fire a AK 47 was definitely a unique experience. The Nelson gave us great insights into the strategy around the design and operation of the tunnels. He was very engaging which made the long journey between stops go by quickly. I highly recommend the tour and it would truly be a bonus if you were able to get Nelson as your tour guide.

We chose a boat tour, which made the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. The tunnels themselves provide a fascinating insight into Vietnam’s history and the ingenuity of the people who lived and fought there. Seeing the hidden entrances, underground passages, living quarters, and defensive systems brings history to life in a way that books simply cannot. Be prepared for hot and humid conditions, and some tunnel sections can feel quite confined. Comfortable clothing, good walking shoes, sunscreen, and plenty of water are recommended. Lovely day! Loveliest tour guide.

It was a great experience. Our guide Sunny (Vu) was very good, knowledgeable and extremely humorous. We really appreciate his guiding skills. We learnt a lot of important historical sagas in his really interesting sense of humour. The biking experience was the highlight, I wish it was longer though. Lunch was good and the boating and hiking experience was amazing. The weather was harsh on our trip day but as Sunny said, we can’t control the weather, but we can definitely control how we take it in! 5 out of 5 experience!

Great day out with Hoa!

Fabulous tour with Hoa . We went to all the ‘ must see’ sights in HCM city. Hoa is very knowledgeable and guided us efficiently through some very history dense locations. Lots of stories and good humour. Finished off with a Vietnamese coffee at the markets and Hoa helped us buy some local Bahn Mi. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience

This was a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome upon boarding and everything was clearly laid out for us. All the meals were delicious as was the optional activities. We made a few friends on the ship and participated in some of the traditional dancing. The rooms are quite large for being on a boat and we really enjoyed the view of the water from our balcony.
