Excellent!

I have seen the changing of the guard before, but this time I had my family. I was expecting the same routine to wait for the change by the museum but to my surprise - the WONDERFUL GUIDE- I cant remember his name- took us through Green Park to St james court past the Buckingham Palace where the guards start the changing by being inspected head to toe of their uniform, they played 2 songs, the we went back towards Clarence house to see guards changing, then we went back to Buckingham palace to see them go by very close. It was a great experience for my girls 11 & 12 yrs. it was a lot of walking but very worth it!!! I 200% recommend this tour. Guide gave us clear instructions as to what to expect and he would tell us all about what was going on.

Definitely the tour for your first time to London

It was a very hot day in London, 32 deg Celsius. The guide for our group was Jack. He was knowledgeable and entertaining, never a dull moment on this tour. The tour was very informative and provide the necessary groundwork for further exploration. Jack works well with seniors as he had a couple of ladies dancing and singing.

Chris was a fantastic tour guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the city. I had some issues with an earlier booking, and the team was very accommodating in finding a spot for me on the afternoon tour, which I greatly appreciated. The tour involved a fair amount of walking, which allowed us to see many different areas and attractions up close. In just four hours, it provided an excellent overview of the city, making it a great introduction for anyone visiting for the first time.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, entertaining, kept an interesting and great pace throughout, and was very approachable and helpful. Great tour

We really enjoyed this tour and would absolutely recommend it. It was a great way to see several of London’s iconic sights while learning the history behind them. I can’t remember the name of our guide, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the history of Westminster Abbey and England in general. She shared a lot of interesting information throughout the tour. We were traveling with our 10- and 12-year-old sons, and I will say some of the historical detail was a bit much for the younger crowd. They weren’t quite as engaged as the adults were, but that’s more a reflection of their ages than the guide. If you’re traveling with kids, just know this is definitely a history-focused tour. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and our guide did a wonderful job. I’d happily recommend this tour to anyone visiting London.

Great day trip out of London

A colleague and I took The Cotswolds tour and really enjoyed the experience. Our driver/guide Sean was friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. He had a good sense of humor and was a skilled driver for the narrow roads when we got into the smaller towns. The bus was quite comfortable and his playlist was good. The 4 stops on the tour were enough to give us a sense of the different towns and what makes the area so special. It was nice to be able to go and come back on the same day. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone in London who is not keen on renting a car. The Cotswolds are quite spread out, so this tour made our visit possible given our limited timeline and lack of rental car.

Fun relaxing and informative trip along the Thames

The boat was clean and comfortable. The crew members were very helpful on boarding and getting off, especially when the Thames was at low tide. And it was quite a step up to the pier. The captain’s narrative of local sights and of history on the river was very informative. A very delightful way to see the Thames.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a personal guide and comfortable black cab experience and be treated like VIPs. Danny our driver and guide was phenomenal with this courtesy, kindness, professionalism and immense knowledge. We learnt a lot and my elderly parents visiting London had a great experience even under the intense heatwave. Danny’s exceptional service overshadowed the weather inconvenience.

What a lovely experience we had visiting Stonehenge and Bath. Sam was full of history, fun facts and interesting side notes. Michelle was a great driver, even doing a 3 point turn (in a full size coach no less!) to avoid a road closure for which there was no forewarning. The rest stops were perfectly timed, Sam gave us a great list of options for sites and restaurants in Bath. We knew exactly what to expect at each moment.

Really fun tour

The tour was really fun and engaging. The tour guide was really good at keeping little kids engaged and answering questions for everyone including the many questions of life kids. He would also point out various places that didn't relate to the ghosts tour, but we're still very interesting to hear about. The tour guide was really good about trying to keep the group together and if people needed it slowed down or needed extra time he was more than willing to adjust the tour speed as needed. Really appreciate it if you were trying to get a couple pictures of the tour.
