Sheila is awesome!

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour! The guide (Sheila) was fantastic! Make sure you are comfortable walking, especially at Windsor. Castle. It is a LOT of walking if you are with elderly family or have other difficulties walking. The only recommendation for improvement is having a little better signage at the Victoria Coach Station for the tour companies. It was difficult to know where we needed to queue. Perhaps a sign for each tour, as there are multiple tours departing from the same area/ gates.

The guide Kevin started out by telling us we would have a mix of British food and drink along with other popular cuisine in London. All of the food and drinks met with most exceeding our expectations! He did an excellent job explaining the history of the area, buildings, restaurants and types of food. Very enjoyable walking foodie tour demonstrating the diversity of London's development and restaurants in the tour area.

Must visit Tower of London

Learned lots relating to the history of Tower of London through to present day monarchy. Our friendly guide Ben was the best! He had a wealth of information. Meeting a Beefeater was fantastic! And the ravens were so cool. Definitely would recommend as the time commitment was quite reasonable.

Accessible and fun tour

I really enjoyed the palace tour! Our guide, Pamela, was fantastic. Everything ran smoothly and she shared fascinating history about the park, gardens, and the royal families who once lived there. I use a mobility scooter and the tour was wheelchair accessible. The staff inside the palace were very helpful in navigating the accessible entry points to the different exhibit spaces. High tea in the orange row was the perfect finish to the tour. Definitely recommend!

Tour guide, Dem, and driver, Reggie, were fantastic! Highly recommend this tour. Dem was very knowledgeable and even gave us some recommendations for places to see while visiting Oxford. There were a few accidents on the motorways so Reggie took us on a detour and we got to see the castle where Downtown Abbey was filmed! We happy we went on this tour.

One Of the Best Tours Booked

Our guide, Doug, was one of the best we’ve had on trips we have booked on Viator. We were introduced to the park, and the friendly swans,. We also saw the lovely tribute to Princess Diana. The High tea was in the Orangerie and was absolutely gorgeous. High tea was an event not to be missed and we weren’t rushed. Kensington Palace did not disappoint either! Great tour and guide!

Lovely Tour

We took a 4:45PM river cruise tour. It was a perfect setting because it was the last tour of the day, and the sun was just about to set. The tour guide was witty, and funny, and provided a lot of good info about the city. Passengers can buy snacks and drinks on the boat while they enjoy the great views. 10/10 highly recommend this and would do it again!

Once in a lifetime

Well what a day. Travelling with friend who struggled with walking so we dipped out of walking part. But Guides wonderful and accommodated the change and made sure they linked with us before Buckingham Palace. Note this part of Tour was self guided with audio ...also security check in, so make sure your pockets have nothing in them. Packs or handbags MUST be in your hand at all times. Was absolutely wonderful, took close to 2 hours but I was mesmerised. But remember one room at a time but you can't go back to room you've left. Also IF you need bathroom, simply ask the very accommodating staff and they'll help you out. PS dont steal loo paper...yup some people do lol. Outside we were lucky to get table at Palace Cafe, but their reasonable well organised do didn't take long. Then onto souvenir shop. A great tour
