We had a really enjoyable time on this tour. It was a great way to see London without feeling rushed, and everything was well-paced and easy to take in. From start to finish, this tour exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted a flexible way to explore London without feeling rushed, and Ollie delivered exactly that. Ollie is amazing! She entertained our group from start to finish with her amazing sense of humor and her vast knowledge of the area. She tailored our experience to the top sites we wanted to see and showed us parts of London we didn’t even know existed!! I highly recommend a tour with Ollie you won’t regret it! - DEFINITELY plan on coming back and hiring her for another experience- hands down the best part of our trip! We will miss you Ollie!!!

We booked several guided tours on Viator during our stay in London and this one does not live up to the standard. While there were some positives (knows her way around, gets away with parking in super convenient spots, looks after your safety), the lack of professionalism and overall brashness of the guide is intolerable. She was rude and insulting to my family, insisted on us saying please/thank you when it wasn't proper form, failed to listen and let us finish our sentences, and kept telling us what a great time we were having. To better serve her customers I suggest Ollie focus on being the driver and hire someone skilled in interpersonal skills to handle the exchange with tourists. She truly means well and we appreciated her desire to please us. It just didn't work.

Maha was an amazing tour guide. We walked a lot but felt like locals, taking the underground and double decker bus, etc. He was very patient as we wanted to enjoy experience by taking pictures in front of most ionic landmarks , buying of souvenirs, etc. He took us to a great pub where they served very tasty English food, including the traditional fish with chips and sausages. The tour was a last minute decision but turned out to be a memorable experience.

The driver did not show! Had a message from him 5 minutes before we were to meet. I messaged back but got no response. I tried to call but no answer, said the line was busy. So disappointed.

Ollie was very personable and fun. She was able to adapt the tour for my wife and I who have limited mobility. She made us feel valued and almost part of the family. Her knowledge of London was immense. She really gave us a feeling of what London was and is about. We highly recommend her.

This tour was the highlight of our trip. Ollie was the BEST guide and also became our friend along the way. We did the private drive tour and I would highly recommend it. You get to see the main itinerary while also having the ability to customize and see other highlights along the way. Ollie was so knowledgeable of the city she was able to get us to amazing places and guide us in exactly how to see the best things at the right time. I can’t say enough about this experience. We had a wonderful time and a fabulous tour guide who was very knowledgeable and informative of the area. She was very congenial and courteous, and offering to take our portraits pictures at various locations. We were able to visit multiple locations, walk around and take in all the views, and our guide enticed us with a local restaurant with the best fish and chips. Highly recommend tour and guide.

Ollie was a great guide. Very informative, protective, funny and accommodating. There were 6 “senior citizens “!!! There were many road closures in downtown London due to protests and she did a great job circumventing the roads. We were able to see everything we wanted and got plenty of photos. Would recommend this tour.

It's a fantastic way to get a taste of all of it. Very fast pace move through the top sights, but good way to find out what you want to see more of. Ollie was a wonderful driver. Caring of our needs. Super knowledgeable and personable. She headed out crew through the crowds like a real pro!

English was not the primary language of our guide and it was difficult at times to understand what they were saying. Our guide leveraged Google to read details about each site and we were taken to a fast food pub for our “traditional British lunch”. I certainly had higher expectations given the price for the tour. The value of this private tour was equivalent to the many hop on hop off bus tours available in London and for significantly less money. I’m sure the experience differs based on your guide.

Ollie was fabulous! She entertained the whole family and kept us awake! The pub lunch was delicious, even the peas. She make a stop for ice cream which was exactly what the girls needed. Worth the pounds!

We had the most incredible time exploring London and beyond with our private guide, Ollie! From the moment we met, her energy, knowledge, and warm personality made every moment memorable. She tailored the tour to our interests, showing us all the must-see spots in London while weaving in fun facts and history that brought the city to life. She even took us to a fantastic local lunch with delicious beer!

I switched at the last minute from a walking to a driving tour. The driving tour was a little more expensive but I am so glad I did it. I had my 83 year old mother with me and she would have not made the walking tour. It was an incredible tour. Our tour guide was Ollie and she was spectacular! We loved her by the start of our tour and by the end my mom wanted her to move into her home. Ollie was so so amazing, the attention she took with my mom was incredible and she was sweet, kind and loving to both of us. I would do the tour again in a minute. Thanks Ollie!!!!

My friends and I really enjoyed the walking tour we took. The entire tour was incredibly enjoyable, and our tour guide was funny and personable. In fact, he made London far more interesting than I originally expected. What I appreciated most was that our guide provided us with the best ways to enjoy London for the rest of our trip, and they were actually very helpful to get a quick snapshot of London before exploring further.
