Arrive at the London Eye Pier 15 minutes before your chosen departure time and board your boat. As you cruise along the Thames River for 40 minutes, you’ll enjoy live commentary that sheds light on some of London’s most famous riverside attractions.

Due to chilly weather we sat under/inside and had a wonderful experience. Got great pictures. Mark the guide was informative and funny. Definitely added character to the experience. Would definitely book again. On a side note if you book this you get other experience discounted when you show your ticket.

The cruise on the thames was lovely. The boat was clean and staff were friendly. The tour guide Jordan was full of interesting information and shared it with a sense of humour (if you like puns and dad jokes - which we do).

We throughly enjoyed the cruise and seeing parts of London we hadn’t had a chance to. However we were on the lower deck and found we were kind of forgotten about down there. Most of the views/guides speech was much more guided towards those on the top and after paying the same and not getting the same views it did feel a little disappointing.

It was just ok. The Eye area is swarming with people + the top of the boat was full in no time. It was a particularly warm day so inside on the lower level was very hot, the view not great. In retrospect, it’s the kind of overly-touristy activity I tend to avoid so my take away may be colored by that fact. However, the guide, Ben, was adorable and funny + made it better than it would’ve been otherwise.

We took a 4:45PM river cruise tour. It was a perfect setting because it was the last tour of the day, and the sun was just about to set. The tour guide was witty, and funny, and provided a lot of good info about the city. Passengers can buy snacks and drinks on the boat while they enjoy the great views. 10/10 highly recommend this and would do it again!

Very poor communication. Had planned our morning around the cruise and had to arrive at the dock to find out it was cancelled despite my details being part of the booking. The refund was not provided, I have to go through various websites to organise that. No reason for the cancellation provided.

Great way to see the biggest sights in London. It was a chilly day and we braved being outside but our guide George kept us well entertained.
