Wear warm clothes, the experience is unique and worth a lot… they guide you from minute one and take you by van to the airport, then they give you the safety information and that's it, wait for your guide and your helicopter, in our case Mat was incredible, he explained everything to us and it was a wonderful experience… don't bring much because your camera and/or cell phone will be stored anyway and that's it 🥰

Everything they said it would be with snacks, coffee, great tour guides and fun. From the bus driver to the boat captain and mate they were professional and a lot of fun. We saw lots of wildlife and the glacier was an easy walk with pickup right at the visitor station

10/10 Glacier & Falls Experience!

Booking our tour to Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls with this company was super easy, the cost was very reasonable (Much better than any excursion expensed through the cruise line) Pickup was right by the gangway of our ship. We could see the meetup spot before we even got off the boat! Archie was a fantastic driver, shared a ton of interesting information on the way to the glacier and gave some great tips to really enjoy the experience, plus he is absolutely hilarious and we had a few great laughs on the way there! The glacier and Nugget Falls were awesome! We had plenty of time to explore, walk the trail to go at our own pace for a personal experience once we arrived. Archie was timely with the pickup time and offered a couple of different drop off options to make everything as easy as possible for everyone on the excursion. Overall, 10/10! Will absolutely book with Archie and M&M Tours again anytime we visit Juneau in the future!

An absolutely unforgettable Alaska experience!

Absolutely amazing experience! We saw three whales, bald eagles, Mendenhall Glacier and hiked out to beautiful Nugget Falls. I honestly could have sat there all day just taking it all in! The tour was well organized, the guides were great, and the entire day was unforgettable. Definitely one of the highlights of our Alaska trip and something I would 100% recommend!

So Many Whales!

My husband and I enjoyed this outing very much. Our guide, was so fun, friendly, and funny. He took great care of the group. The whale watching was great. We saw 7 whales, and many birds. The two boat guides knew a lot! Very friendly. The walk to see Mendenhall Glacier was easy and fun. A stunning view. Thank you!

It was an amazing...

It was an amazing experience! The captain and his crew were very knowledge of the area and the whales. We saw multiple whales, both solitary and in groups “bubble feeding”! We also saw a very rare sight, a whale breaching! It was incredible. We would absolutely recommend this tour when you are visiting Juneau!

Lexi, who was the bus driver, was very informative and entertaining. She gave us a lot of good information, pointed out wildlife, and made sure everyone was comfortable. Ash and Captain Justin were amazing! They knew the area and made sure we saw Okras and Whales. You can tell Ash truly is working her dream job as her passion for whales is evident. She was super sweet. Highly recommend this trip! Loved that it was a local company - support local business!

Breathtaking scenery, Historic charm, memorable adventure

Booking was easy, especially with the option to cancel and get a full refund. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the plane were incredible and honestly took my breath away. The lodge itself has a lot of history, and there are a few walking trails to explore after lunch. We also had an amazing view of the glacier across the river. I would highly recommend this tour if it's the only one you chose to do. The food was okay, but that's not the reason to go-the scenery, glacier, and the overall experience were what made this excursion so memorable.
