Flour on your hands is a pretty good sign you're about to eat well. In this hands-on cooking session at a lively local bar, you'll transform everyday ingredients into fresh handmade tagliatelle paired with a classic Alfredo sauce that's creamy, buttery and packed with freshly grated Parmesan. Start by mixing and kneading pasta dough before learning how to roll and slice it into beautiful ribbons using traditional techniques. Next, create a silky sauce with butter, Parmesan and starchy pasta water, then toss everything together for a comforting Italian favorite made entirely by you. The relaxed pace makes it easy for every skill level to follow along, while practical pasta-making techniques give you plenty to recreate at home. You'll leave with new kitchen confidence, a seriously satisfying meal and a recipe worth making again and again.

Fall baking gets a creative makeover with cookies, colorful icing and plenty of room to play. At a welcoming local brewery, you’ll learn how to decorate autumn-themed cookies from start to finish, even if your previous piping experience begins and ends with squeezing ketchup. Begin by getting familiar with royal icing and learning how to handle a piping bag with better control. Then outline and flood your cookies, building smooth icing layers before adding decorative details and seasonal designs. You’ll practice steady piping, filling, layering and finishing techniques that you can use for future holiday bakes and celebrations. Chef Mimi keeps the workshop approachable and relaxed, giving you plenty of freedom to make each cookie your own. By the end, you’ll have a collection of festive decorated cookies, new decorating skills and a fun creative break from the usual fall routine.
