Top Boulder Classes & Workshops

If you’re visiting Boulder, this is one of those experiences you’ll be glad you didn’t miss—and very likely the one you’ll end up telling people about when you get home. It’s not just a hike, and not just a yoga class—it’s a feel-good, memorable way to experience the Flatirons that blends movement, nature, and time to actually slow down and take it all in. Instead of rushing through a checklist of sights, this is about being in it—the views, the fresh air, the energy of the mountains, and those unexpected “wow, I needed this” moments along the way. It’s easygoing, welcoming, and designed for all levels, but what makes it special is how it sticks with you afterward. Most people don’t just leave feeling better—they leave talking about it. A true Boulder must-do, and often the highlight people didn’t know they were looking for.

If you’re looking for the most refined way to experience Boulder—this is it. This small-group experience blends nature, movement, and restoration without the crowds or intensity of typical tours. Yoga mats provided as needed. Complimentary rideshare transportation then takes you to Dragon Tree Sanctuary for a 90-minute wellness experience featuring rejuvenating saunas, invigorating cold plunges, and time to unwind. Enjoy hot and cold therapies at your own pace. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and as though you’ve experienced Boulder in its most elevated form.
