What are people saying about Venice

Marianna! Best Guide and walking food tour!
We had a most enjoyable evening with Marianna our guide. She was a local with great information, fun antics, and really made our evening most enjoyable. We went to many local establishments that we would not have seen without her. The food was excellent and we got to see parts of residential Venice, where the locals hang and know the best places to eat. Marianna was probably one of the best guides we have ever had! There was a lot of walking involved, but it was worth every step. More than enough food, wine, and desserts included. I highly recommend this tour.

A Must Tour in Venice
For a large group tour, this was great. Skipping the line here is critical and our guide was outstanding. She took the tour very seriously but with just the right funny commentary along the way. You could tell she cared deeply about what we were seeing. Very knowledgeable. Great tour.

Doges palace and st Marks
Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. She asked if anyone had questions and took the time to answer them completely. She was very considerate of some in our group that had some mobility issues and often asked if they were ok. I would recommend the guide (I can’t remember her name now) wholeheartedly.

Helped me see Venice in a different light!
This tour was excellent! 100% worth your time. Our guide was so unbelievably knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Basilica, the Doge's palace, AND the history of Venice in general. We took this tour on our second day in the city, and she really helped me see the city in a different (and much better) light. Our tour started in St. Mark's square, and then we went into the Basilica. We got to go up to the terraces, which is absolutely worth it for the amazing views. Then we went into the Doge's palace. We had about a 10 min break to use the bathrooms. The palace was crowded, but our guide did a great job of navigating us through the masses to show us the highlights and tell us the stories. She also took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure that everyone could hear and understand. We had a wonderful time on this tour, and I highly recommend it!

Venice is no ordinary place. Crisscrossed by canals and myriad alleyways, this lagoon city has many must-see sights, from the Doge’s Palace to the Grand Canal, from plates of cicchetti to gondola boats. With so many visitors who come to see them, you can easily get caught up in the crowds. However, fear not because there are Venice tours that help you bypass the lines, sightsee responsibly, and experience the beauty of the city, too. Guided walking tours give the history behind the photo points, skip-the-line tours cut waiting times at popular sites, and home-cooking classes offer a taste of the local culture.
