An amazing and informative food tour with Claire
Claire was an amazing guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Bologna, which she shared as we walked from one delicious site to another. She was very friendly and intentional with each member of the group, and had great interactions throughout. The food was excellent and varied - including pastries, two pasta courses, a balsamic vinegar tasting, and the best gelato we've had in Italy. My family of 7 had a wonderful time, and would absolutely do this again.

Must do event if interested in italian cooking
Excellent event. Luca was the perfect teacher and it was great to learn some new aurhentic cooking skills. The small group of 10 of us meant we got to have a fun social activity. The food was delicious and I felt it was great value for money with the meal and wine included. Highly recommend.

Pasta, conversation, and fun with Laura
Our family spent the evening with Laura and her son Antonio, and truly we felt like we joined their family. Our experience was absolutely incredible. We made three different types of pasta - tortelloni, farfalle, and tagliatelle (which had unsweetened cocoa in the flour). Laura and Antonio were exceptionally welcoming and walked us through the whole process. They were very clear with instructions and took ample time to demonstrate the techniques. After making all of the pastas, Laura expertly cooked each course to perfection. Laura and Antonio sat down to dinner with us and enjoyed the meal with us over a bottle of wine. It made for excellent conversation and a great way to share cultures. Laura even prepared a special dessert for us! She provided all of the recipes, with the expectation that we of course would make pasta at home, and send her photos of our labor! From the moment we arrived, they clearly did everything to ensure that our experience matched our expectations. We strongly and highly recommend booking with Laura!!

A great food day experience.
A fantastic day out with a never forget experience of learning how and where these fine foods are made culminating in a fun lunch/ party time. A pretty that the price is so hiked up by Viator though. Go directly to the Italian days website to book. Much cheaper than what we paid.
