What are people saying about Venice

Great Tour and Guide
The tour guide, Fillipo, was fantastic. He was funny, engaging and covered a lot of background and history about Venice the Basilica and the Doge Palace. I really enjoyed listening to him. While the tour itself was fine, I was disappointed that there was no toilet provided in the City Wonder's (tour operator), meeting space/office, where the tour group registered and waited for the tour to begin. When I mentioned this to the lady on duty there, saying that it was not right that a toilet is not provided for customers, she gave me a flippant answer saying "often there are many things that are not right in the world"!! Shows a stunning lack of customer care and absolutely no concern or respect for the customer's basic needs!!

Excellent! A very nice tour!
From start to finish, this tour was on time, with clear communication, pleasant guide named Frankie who is friendly, knowledgeable and has a great personality! She educated us well on the boat ride and answered any and all questions that our small group had. I highly recommend this experience.

Outstanding experience
Our guide Pamela was outstanding. She was pleasant and obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Although there was a lot to see in the 3 hours, she didn't overload us with too much information at one time. The pace was just right. The tour itself was wonderful. We're very glad we included the terrace access because it gave a whole different perspective. I would highly recommend this tour.

Lace and Glass
Very interesting and lovely tour. Selena did a great job with our trip to Marano and Burano. It was a great experience to ride on the private boat with our group to see the glass blowing and lace making and also get a treat at the bakery! Lovely, I would do it again when I come back

Venice is no ordinary place. Crisscrossed by canals and myriad alleyways, this lagoon city has many must-see sights, from the Doge’s Palace to the Grand Canal, from plates of cicchetti to gondola boats. With so many visitors who come to see them, you can easily get caught up in the crowds. However, fear not because there are Venice tours that help you bypass the lines, sightsee responsibly, and experience the beauty of the city, too. Guided walking tours give the history behind the photo points, skip-the-line tours cut waiting times at popular sites, and home-cooking classes offer a taste of the local culture.
