What are people saying about Amsterdam

Great guide!
I highly recommend this walking tour! Our guide, Iris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. She shared an incredible amount of information about Anne Frank, her life, her family, and the friends who helped them during such a difficult time. She also explained the historical context of World War II and the persecution of Jewish people in a way that was both informative and respectful.
Beyond Anne Frank’s story, she provided fascinating insights into Amsterdam’s history, architecture, and the unique culture of the city. Her explanations about the buildings, canals, and local traditions made the tour even more enriching. She answered every question with enthusiasm and made the entire experience memorable. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Amsterdam, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of Anne Frank’s story and the city’s rich history.

Enrich your knowledge of Amsterdam
Good look at many aspects of Amsterdam and the history that makes it what it is today. Fernando did an excellent job of highlighting many facets of contemporary Amsterdam by explaining what we saw. He supplemented his tour with photos to illustrate his points. Very glad we took this tour

Robin was a great tour...
Robin was a great tour guide!! He was so personable and fun and knew so much about the history and customs of Amsterdam. At the time of our tour Amsterdam was having a heat wave (around 99F) and he made sure to keep us in the shade most of the time which was so thoughtful. When we finished the tour he even sent us some recommendations on dining and such. We would highly recommend him for any tour!

Coffeehouse Adventure
Very informative tour. Our guide escorted us through many streets and showed us the different architecture of the buildings. She also showed us a coffeshop and explained the history and requirements of a coffeshop. Lastly she walked us through the Red Light district and explained the history and requirements of the prostitution business in Amsterdam. This is a great tour to learn about coffeshops, the Red Light district and how to get around in this vibrant section of Amsterdam.

Very informative. Katie...
Very informative. Katie was a very friendly, funny and knowledgeable guide. She answered all questions and provided lots of useful and interesting facts. The tour is a great way for first time visitors to Amsterdam to learn valuable insight into the do's and don'ts of Amsterdam as well providing lots of interesting historical facts and stories. I would recommend taking this tour very early on a first trip to Amsterdam.

An Eye Opening Tour
This was not on our initial itinerary and was a last minute booking on our part, and I am so happy we booked it. It gave us such a deeper understanding of this area, dispelled myths, etc. Eden was our guide and had so much knowledge about this district, from its beginnings to current state of affairs. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Fun, Enlightening Tour of Amsterdam
Paul gave my wife and I a fascinating and fun walking tour of Amsterdam. We learned not only about history, but also about Dutch culture, lifestyle and people. Paul brought the beautiful city to life by showing us hidden gems and sprinkling the tour with entertaining stories. Many thanks!

Learning New Things
Even though I've been to Amsterdam before, I still learned so much from this walking tour. The guide was a very informative American who has lived in the Netherlands for decades. The entire group was actually American coincidentally. The group was 7 guests + 1 guide. I don't think a tour should be any larger since the streets can be crowded making it hard to stay together. I'd highly recommend a walking tour of most cities if you are new to a location, and this one was among the very best!

Great but give yourself plenty of time to get there
It was a fantastic way to get a feel for Amsterdam. The tour guides were wonderful. Be careful what location you pick, as the directions are confusing. It’s hard to find proof that it’s Flagship and the directions say you can get on at any of there locations but that’s not correct.

Good tour to take
So we took this tour yesterday with tour guard named Jacob, and highly recommend this company and tour to anyone who wants to learn about Amsterdam itself and the country in general.
Everything was well organized and efficient.
A few things to mention
1. Small group size. It was like 10 of us. Everyone was on the same pace and interests.
2. Picturesque views of Amsterdam. Pretty easy walking but good walking shoes are a must.
3. Lots of history and details were given.
4. The tour guard was helpful and attentive and very knowledgeable and professional
