Unique perspective of Amsterdam
Our guide, Ben was very good! A bit irreverent and funny, he toured us around some of the more unusual spots of Amsterdam and filled us in on obscure but interesting historical biographies and architectural sight info. Very fun and the haring was a treat😁

Alexander was a wonderful...
Alexander was a wonderful guide. So knowledgeable about the history of Amsterdam without being boring he actually had a great sense of humor. He was very patient with all our questions and was helpful with tips on dining, shopping and any other information we needed outside of the tour. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent alternative (or supplement) to Anne Frank House
If you are like us and made a last minute plan to come to Amsterdam, then you won’t be able to get tickets to the Anne Frank House museum as one typically needs to book that 2+ months out. We found this tour as an alternate and were very happy with our guide, Amsterdam University student Tristan. He showed us hidden or little known memorials from WWII and the Jewish holocaust throughout the city, and we of course ended the tour outside the Anne Frank House and the bronze statue of Anne installed by her father Otto.

Great tour! Laura rocks!
A very engaging and most informative tour. Great people too. Laura really brought even more life to Amsterdam with her energy, enthusiasm and historically researched stories. A mandatory recommendation for anyone wanting to get to know Amsterdam. Thanks Laura!

Private Guided Tour Rijksmuseum
Our guide only covered the second floor which focused on the Dutch masters but she knew her history very well which added to the art. She spoke English very well but with a heavy French accent so at times we had to ask her to repeat what she said. All in all we spent 2 hours with her and at least another hour on our own after our guided tour was over. The Rijksmuseum is wonderful!!

Highly Recommend! Netherlands Essential
This was hands down worth every penny! It was an awesome reprieve from the city, and Jay was the most incredible tour guide. He was hilarious, kind, and even took our bus for an unplanned stop at a lovely farm market. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Amsterdam!

Authentic Cultural Experience
Our daughter and her partner wanted to rent bikes but they’ve never been to Amsterdam before. I didn’t feel comfortable with that idea so my husband and I treated them to this tour. Riding a bike in Amsterdam is like driving a car on the autobahn in Germany.
We all had a great time and saw things we probably wouldn’t have on foot. Our guide was knowledgeable, fun, and made safety a priority. My husband is an avid biker and volunteered to be the caboose to help keep track of everyone. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an authentic insider experience. You’ll learn how to properly ride in the city, gain historical and current cultural information, and feel confident in biking on your own afterwards.

Fun and informative tour in the heart of Amsterdam.
David gave us a great introduction to the city, Dutch culture and some of its artists. In a relatively compact area of town this native English speaker shares his love for his adopted city. He’s personable fun and informative. And when we threw a little twist at him, he enthusiastically joined our group in our 30-second dance party.

An Eye Opening Tour
This was not on our initial itinerary and was a last minute booking on our part, and I am so happy we booked it. It gave us such a deeper understanding of this area, dispelled myths, etc. Eden was our guide and had so much knowledge about this district, from its beginnings to current state of affairs. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Very fun & delicious Amsterdam food tour
Our family of 2 adults and 1 teen had a super fun time with Stephanie our guide, and one other couple. It was great to be a small group. We walked to six different stops in a vibrant and colorful Amsterdam neighborhood. The snacks/food that we sampled were all local and different than what we eat at home (except for the cheese, but it was better cheese than US cheese ;)). We also had beer/wine/drink of choice at almost all the places, also included. Stephanie our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, taught us some cool Amsterdam/Dutch info, and easygoing. We had a great time!

Learning New Things
Even though I've been to Amsterdam before, I still learned so much from this walking tour. The guide was a very informative American who has lived in the Netherlands for decades. The entire group was actually American coincidentally. The group was 7 guests + 1 guide. I don't think a tour should be any larger since the streets can be crowded making it hard to stay together. I'd highly recommend a walking tour of most cities if you are new to a location, and this one was among the very best!

King Day Cruise
This was an excellent cruise with our Norwegian pilot, unfortunately with all the loud music on the streets, I couldn't hear his name. Kings Day is a crazy celebration but we had a unique front row seat to the celebration. The cruise takes you thru many of the narrow canals of Amsterdam and past old churches, beautiful homes and interesting architecture. I highly recommend this tour!
