The best tour of Versailles

OJ was an absolute legend! The Versailles bike and picnic tour was such a fun way to see Versailles, and OJ made the whole experience even better. He was hilarious, a fantastic storyteller, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while riding. He also gave us some great recommendations that made the rest of our time in the area even better. Couldn’t recommend OJ and this tour highly enough, such a memorable day! 🚲🥖🇫🇷

Our guide, Letitia (probably spelled that wrong) was wonderful! My son and I have visited Versailles many times in the past and we truly enjoyed our tour with this guide. We were lucky that there was not a lot of people there-last time it was wall-to-wall bodies, very uncomfortable! She gave us a lot of interesting background on Louis 14th, Marie Antoinette, etc Louie 15th & 16th especially. We enjoyed every minute of our tour and would recommend it to anybody!

Highly interesting experience, once in a lifetime

Excellent experience! The guide was extremely informative/ assertive and, paradoxically far reaching while posing his approaches towards the masterpieces. The “ visit “ was highly uplifting & straight to the point .. I mean, as “ concise “ as it could be. Congratulations to all Aviator stuff . Unfortunately I had to get out of the visit before the ending owing to a personal setback. Hope soon I will return to finish this amazing experience. Driving our group thru the museum avoiding less relevant spaces/ works and the crowd of tourists . It was not a piece of cake. Congratulations

Great tour of Versailles

The tour with Delaura was wonderful and the grounds were amazing. Be sure to use the restroom at the start as the next option for restrooms is at the end of the tour. The grounds are expansive so lots of walking. But there is a train that can take you around (cheaper) or golf cart rental options (more expensive). We did not stand in line to purchase train tickets. But we were able to purchase directly with the driver at one of the pick up locations.

They best experience our whole trip!

I read the reviews before booking and thought this would be an excellent trip and it did not disappoint! The tour to Marie Antoinette’s hamlet was the best experience we have had this holiday! Bart, our guide, was lovely and knowledgeable, and very diplomatic. Everyone working there was so incredibly nice. I have not ridden a bike in 20 years but this was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone, no matter what your fitness level is.

Our Guide arrived for the 11.45am tour on Saturday 22nd August. She was very interesting and friendly. My daughter and I had been looking forward to visiting Versailles Palace and gardens for many months and it definitely did not disappoint. Highly recommend this tour, loved it.

The only way to see Versailles! Meng was awesome!

The golf cart tour is the way to see Versailles. Skip the line entry to the palace AND skip the line access to the golf carts! Meng is a wonderful guide interjecting humor with her broad knowledge of the palace and its kings! The golf carts are the way to see the gardens! The gardens are huge and it would be toooo much to try to walk and see it all. Lunch on site at La Flottile was a nice stop with transportation on the Petite Train (small extra charge). The train also takes you to other sites I.e. Petite Trianon, Grand Trianon, and Marie Antionette’s Village! Can’t say enough about Meng, our very knowledgable guide for the palace and gardens who also helped set us up for the train and other self guided parts of our adventure into the past! Meng was amazing! A wonderful day overall!

Incredible Full Day Trip

Leticia knows so much about Versailles and French History. Her knowledge and sense of humor made this once in a lifetime trip truly unforgettable. We did the full day which included an extensive tour of Marie Antoinette’s gardens. Don’t skip this part thinking the palace is all Versailles has to offer. The trip from Paris was an easy 30min ride. Pick up and drop off is right by the Eiffel Tower, too. 10/10 recommend!

Versailles With Fabrice was Fabulous.

Our tour guide was exceptional. Fabrice was very impressive. He had an extensive knowledge of history which enhanced our tour of Versailles. He was prompt, accommodating, and able to engage the youngest members of our family during our tour. I wish we had booked Fabrice for the full day tour. It has been the best part of our trip so far.
