What are people saying about Edinburgh

St Andrews done right
Our experience at the meeting point was a great indicator of the quality of our upcoming tour. Everything was very well organized and communication was excellent. Our guide, Paul, only built on that. He was very personable, knowledgeable., informative and very interesting. We never felt rushed, he clearly communicated what to expect at each destination. If Fife, St Andrew’s and the Fishing Villages is on your targeted itinerary, I’d highly recommend Paul and this tour. An unexpected bonus was Paul’s superb playlist shared during the drive time!

Colum the Great !
Colum, our Edinburgh tour guide, was absolutely stellar! His eloquence and sensational, storytelling skills were nicely enhanced by his polite and personable demeanor. He immersed himself into our group like he was a family member showing off his university experience; proud of every facet of the tour and engaging every one of us along the way. Colum, was cheerful, knowledgeable and sincere - he also gave me a great recommendation to the Devil’s Advocate for grog and grub later that night. Viator is a great website and app. It has loads of options, detailed instructions and is very easy to use. One helpful feature, when traveling with many, is the ability to adjust party size or cancel with 24 hours and they issue prompt refunds.

Excellent value
Very good way to see the highlands. Keith was our driver/guide. He had a great sense of humor and was very entertaining. Would have one suggestion: before disembarking at the first stop, it would be helpful to remind everyone to take the same seats when they return to the bus. Not everyone follows this etiquette and it caused a disturbance.

Top-Notch Tour and a Brilliant Guide5/5 – Absolute gentleman and well worth doing.
If you’re heading to Edinburgh, this tour of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle is a must, purely down to how well it’s run.The Royal Mile gets incredibly busy and packed with tourists, but our guide navigated us through the crowds seamlessly. He was highly knowledgeable and a fantastic host from start to finish. The walk up the hill to the castle has a fair bit of an incline, but the guide was incredibly patient with the members of the tour who needed to take a breather. He didn't just stand around waiting, either. During those rest stops, he tucked us away into quiet, out-of-the-way areas and used the time to point out historical details and hidden gems you would completely miss if you were walking it on your own.He turned what could have been a tiring trek into an easy, highly informative, and relaxed experience. A top-tier professional. Couldn't recommend him or this tour enough.
