Fascinating, astounding, bucolic and informative
Our driver/guide, John, was deeply informative and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. We felt quite safe as we meandered narrow roads through the countryside in a large coach. He was one of our best guides as we have had many. Loved his accent, lived his music choices and lived the tour.

Great guide and good experience
Explore scotland with scottish guide especially John G (The Goat, The Great). he was too good at explaining the history as well as kept us engaged overall during the entire trip. Thanks to hairycoo for a wonderful trip to Genfinann, Glencoe and Pitlouchery

St. Andrew’s day trip
Loved St. Andrew’s and the fishing village. Excellent guide Steven on bus 2. Would have liked more time in fishing village and in St Andrew’s so we could have done the cathedral tour. Liked Falkland but it seemed less important than the other 2 stops, which were a bit rushed.

Edinburgh is near centuries-old castles and abbeys, scenic lochs and valleys, and many more sites that make perfect Edinburgh day trips. Get out to the Highlands to experience windswept landscapes and moody skies, and see if you can find the Loch Ness monster. Take a visit to neighboring coastal fishing villages and hear all about their history. Try some scotch on tasting tours, and get involved in some Scottish storytelling, too. There are plenty of preplanned Edinburgh day trips to keep you entertained.
