Wonderful tour and well planned HP questions and competition among four houses. Despite the huge rain during our tour, our guide, Leo, was very professional and positive. He made the trip so fun to participate and he treated the kids very well with lots of respect and entertainment as well. I also learned a lot about harry potter books and films.

This was a lot of fun! Our guide, Leo, was very knowledgeable and his presentation was very, very good. We had a young girl in our group who clearly loves the series, he singled her out, and made this tour extra special for her. It was so much fun to watch! The history and background of the books come to life as you see the locations and nams that inspired characters in the books.

Overall, the tour was enjoyable and very informative, especially the insights into JK Rowling’s inspirations. However, I did want to share some feedback about one part of the experience. For people who are uncomfortable with or fearful of historical graveyards, the visit can feel quite daunting. I also have personal religious beliefs, so when the guide spoke about paranormal activity in the graveyard, it made me feel uneasy. Once inside, I felt nervous about leaving because I wasn’t sure where the exit was. Aside from this, the rest of the tour was well delivered and very informative. A clearer heads‑up at the beginning would make the experience more comfortable for guests who may have similar sensitivities.

Our group enjoyed this easy walking tour of locations around Edinburgh that provided JK Rowling with inspiration for the Harry Potter books. Robbie sorted us into the four Hogwarts houses and awarded us points for our knowledge of Potter trivia along the tour. It was entertaining and informative. Robbie is an excellent guide who obviously knows and loves the world of Harry Potter. Even my sister, who is not a Harry Potter fan, enjoyed the stories and locations. It was a fun way to learn more about the world of Harry Potter while getting to see parts of Edinburgh that we would have otherwise missed. Robbie also gave us some great suggestions of places to have dinner. Five star tour!

Kevlin was a Great guide (unemployed actor) who knew his HP stuff and knew his way around the city. We started with sorting hat which put us into house teams. We earned points along the way for trivia answers. Of course we walked through the typical spots (Greyfriars Kirkyard-headstones were JKR inspirations, Diagon Alley—where he pointed out several store fronts and cafes where JKR wrote, George Heriot School aka Hogwarts, etc) and finished with JKR handprints. A lot of fun andpaced just right. Kevlin gave us several pointers along the way so we could enjoy even more of Edinburgh later that day. At his suggestion we finished the night at Dept Of Magic where we mixed our own magical cocktail brews.
