Exceptional tour in Inverness. Don’t miss it
Exceptional trip through the highlands. An amazing way to really see the sites, and you’ll definitely want to go back. Alex was a knowledgeable and fun guide with great stories and special personal stories about growing up in Skye. He was the best! A must do trip if you’re visiting Inverness.

Do it!
It's a long day, but worth it. There was some confusion checking in ticket holders and putting them on the correct bus. The vans are comfortable and easy to get in and out. There were plenty of stops for photos. The narration, stories, and music were informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the day. The Scottish countryside is beautiful. Fish & Chips in Portree was the best we had on this trip.

Must do!
Booked this 1/2 day tour hoping it would be enough time. It did not disappoint! We learned so much From our driver on the way to our boat cruise and back from the castle. Our boat tour guide was great and had lots of interesting facts as well as funny stories. The scenery was spectacular. It was a bit chilly on the boat so pack a sweater and wear good sturdy shoes!

Highly recommend
This was a very busy day but absolutely brilliant, we managed to see so many things on the Isle of Skye and it didn't feel rushed. Andrew our guide for the day was exceptional, he kept us entertained with great facts, stories and lots of humour to keep the day interesting. Bus was very comfortable and the lunch you can order for the day was fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend

Inverness, the biggest city in the Scottish Highlands, is an excellent base from which to explore the area. There are dozens of Inverness tours to choose from, including excursions to 1,000-year-old castles, the Isle of Skye, whisky distilleries, Outlander and Harry Potter filming locations, and a Bronze Age burial site. Just outside Inverness, you can also visit the historic Culloden battlefield as well as Loch Ness—you may not see the lake’s famous monster, but you’ll see her likeness everywhere.
