Do it!

It's a long day, but worth it. There was some confusion checking in ticket holders and putting them on the correct bus. The vans are comfortable and easy to get in and out. There were plenty of stops for photos. The narration, stories, and music were informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the day. The Scottish countryside is beautiful. Fish & Chips in Portree was the best we had on this trip.

Must do!

Booked this 1/2 day tour hoping it would be enough time. It did not disappoint! We learned so much From our driver on the way to our boat cruise and back from the castle. Our boat tour guide was great and had lots of interesting facts as well as funny stories. The scenery was spectacular. It was a bit chilly on the boat so pack a sweater and wear good sturdy shoes!

Beautiful Tour

If I could have given this tour more stars, I would have. Especially for our fantastic guide, Peach. Not only was she a great driver, she was an amazing storyteller. She told us stories, gave us facts and even some science. We had already taken an awful Loch Ness boat tour a previous day from a different company, but Peach had way more information on the Loch for us which we loved to hear. She had a great playlist, which I downloaded a few songs from that I could remember. Every part was well thought out and entertaining. Then there is the amazing scenery. Riding through the highlands was beautiful and being on the Isle of Skye was like being in another world. Yes, it is a hike to the fairy pools, but you can go as as far as you're comfortable and then turn back. I wasn't that impressed with the pools, I thought maybe they would be colorful or something. We were there on a pretty clear day, but all I was really seeing was a stream we were following with a few waterfalls in the. Pretty though. The transportation was great and there were enough stops to make the day go by quickly.

We loved this! Fun, educational, and a wee bit silly!

This was a fantastic cruise tour through the canal and Loch. Our guide Malcolm was knowledgeable, kind, and funny, as were the rest of the crew also. Boarding and boarding was very efficient and we had a really lovely time throughout. Very glad we added this to our itinerary. There are snacks and beverages available for purchase, including a very delicious Scottish hot chocolate (hot cocoa with a dram of whiskey) for adults and other options for kids, who would also love this tour. TLDR: we loved this!

Professional service, amazing experience and hustle free. We got delayed for the experience but the booking team rebooked us on a later trip with no issues. The trip itself was perfect for the family considering we had an infant with us. It meant we could enjoy the lake without having to walk extensive hours to see the castle.

Can’t stop talking about it

Louise was amazing! (She should literally start a podcast with all the information she had!) This tour hit so many stops we didn’t even know we were going to stop at. The stories and history were amazing! Definitely bring a second pair of clothes (the weather varies).
