Two thumbs up for octopus sandwich
Alessia knows food and knows Bari. Fantastic combination for a marvelous tour for foodies. The octopus sandwich by Franco stood out to us among the four delicious freshly baked foods. She called ahead to each place while we were in route to order our tastes (each of which was an entire item) so they would be freshly out-of-the-oven sensational. Ohhh, delicious! She proved her reliability as knowledgeable about food and we plan to use her recommendations across the city the rest of our stay. Great!!

Excellent way to see 3 incredible cities!!
Superb tour. The bus and bus driver were great, the tour host was excellent and spoke fluently in three languages. The amount of time was actually quite sufficient in each city to be able to see everything , walk some extra, and grab a bite or have a drink. Bring some walking shoes.

Cooking in Bari , Italy
An Unforgettable Italian Cooking Experience in Bari, Italy! Making two different kinds of pasta and our own tiramisu in a beautiful restaurant in Bari, Italy, was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Each of us had the joy of preparing our own pasta from scratch and creating our very own tiramisu. Then, the wonderful chefs cooked our creations for us, and we gathered around the table to enjoy the delicious dishes we had made ourselves, accompanied by two excellent wines. And the grand finale? Our heavenly homemade tiramisu paired with delicious homemade limoncello! It was so much more than a cooking class—it was a celebration of Italian food, culture, friendship, and the joy of sharing a wonderful meal together in the heart of beautiful Puglia. If you are visiting Bari, Italy, you absolutely MUST take this class! It is an experience you will treasure long after your trip ends. Highly recommended!

Good introduction to Bari
Good as a first introduction to Bari. The guide, Cecilia, spoke good, understandable English and at a moderate volume. It was NOT a speaker in the ear, which I am glad about! The group was a suitable size, max 20 people, and she was attentive and made sure to wait before telling everyone was gathered. Pass a lot of information. (Recommends hikes WITHOUT headphones in the ear.) Those who have speakers in their ears often have large groups, and the guide talks constantly, and it is only those closest to the guide who see what he is talking about.
