We had a great time. We paid the extra to get on board first to choose our seats and it was totally worth it as there was a large crowd lined up when we got there. The Starboard side has the best view as you are closest to seeing what ia being discussed. The tour guide was great. He was friendly and he knew his stuff. He was having fun too. Seeing a cargo ship being loaded up close was fascinating. The views of the skyline and the mountains were beautiful. I'm glad we decided to take this tour.

This cruise was a lovely and relaxing way to spend a couple of hours. Lars, our host was both knowledgeable and entertaining. We were blessed to have gorgeous weather which made the cruise even more memorable . Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful day and so much fun, interesting information. I would definitely recommend you doing it.

We were looking forward to this trip, got seated on the boat. Once we were on our way, instead of sitting on one of three decks, people stood by the rail, blocking the views of those of us sitting. When I brought this to the attention of staff, I was ignored. It ruined the sightseeing portion of the trip because rude people would not sit in chairs and the staff refused to suggest they do so.

This was worth every penny! So peaceful, beautiful and very informative! We purchased the pre-board tickets so that we could ensure being on the top deck. Highly recommend doing this, as there’s limited seating. The crew is very friendly and helpful with my disabled husband. I just can’t say enough about how fantastic this cruise was!!! A lifelong dream was fulfilled! Thank you so much!

Very industrial harbor. Not much in the way of scenery. You don’t go very far either. You just circle around.

I thought the cruise was terrific and Daniel‘s narration on what we were saying was very informative. I would highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful and informative tour. Our guide was great. She gave so many suggestions on what to see and do, restaurants, attractions, etc. The happy hour drinks at the bar were delicious!!! The view of the whole city was amazing.
Craig_G, July 2026
That you can walk around the boat and check out the view from different angles. I recommend going during the month of July.

Great tour but be careful of price change. There was one price on the Viator website, but the final price was 35% higher. I contacted customer service but they were not helpful.

This tour was a perfect way to see Seattle and learn about the history. Great tour guide and beautiful boat. Would recommend if you have an hour in Seattle.
Melissa_M, July 2026
Tour was supposed to be for 4 hours but it lasted to 7 hours. Some asked to be dropped off to their next tour. Some missed the 4:00 pm checkout time. The driver/tour guide didn’t turn on the air conditioning in the bus, only the fan that makes a lot of noise. You can’t hear the driver because of the noise.

Interesting commentary that helped us with our plans. Fantastic views of the city from the harbour and the iconic Mount Rainier.
Jennifer_H, July 2026
It was amazing being able to see Seattle from the bay! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Seattle and its history. Highly recommend!
Kelly_N, July 2026
It was really fun and very informational. The only downside for me was that I bought my tickets through Viator. When we got to the site, Argosy was giving “buy one get one free” tickets, but because I bought through Viator, I couldn’t take advantage.
