It was great to have the opportunity to visit the Boeing Co. However, I believe that the time allocated for the experience was not enough. Maybe a bit longer would have been a better fit.

Thanks Wilfrdo for the feedback, perhaps I will start the tour earlier, and on your particular tour when I was picking up at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle one of the guests could not find her wallet, which delayed our departure time, turns out she had left it behind the couch in the hotel room. And you were staying in Bellevue which added a little more time to the transportation part of the tour. Currently I am the only one that picks up in Bellevue, but I will take your comment into consideration. Thank you so much for the feedback. Earl

The facility is very nice, drive from Seattle Downtown not that bad if you beat the traffic. Not quite what we were expecting, we took a tour here, which pretty much guaranteed our transportation getting there. But it only cost $46 for an adult ticket to enter,which was included in our tour. However the tour for us was a little disappointing, we thought we would really walk thru the facilities and see the planes in production but it wasn't really set up that way. The tour guide was informative and easy to hear and understand,that was a plus. If you enjoy aviation, it will still be enjoyable. We just expected a little more for the cost.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I appreciate that you distinguished between my service and the Boeing Factory Tour itself.
I'll send you a link to Boeing's review page, as I don't have control over that portion of the experience. The factory tour is operated entirely by Boeing employees, who determine the route, presentation, guest access, and all tour procedures. For safety and security reasons, visitors are not permitted to walk through the factory floor.
One point I hope you'll consider is that round-trip transportation to the Boeing facility is included as part of my tour. An Uber to the factory can easily cost around $100 each way, and it wouldn't include the narration, Seattle sightseeing, local insights, or the convenience of seamless transportation to and from the facility.
I understand that the Boeing portion of the experience didn't meet your expectations, and I genuinely appreciate your honest feedback. Since your review appears on my Viator listing rather than Boeing's, I hope you'll consider that the factory tour experience itself is entirely managed by Boeing, while my role is to provide transportation, sightseeing, and service before and after the factory visit.

So much fun!! Earl was hilarious, fun, extremely accommodating, and super knowledgeable while taking us to and from the factory! At the Boeing factory it was super interesting overseeing the facility, then the interactive portion at the facility was very cool!! Shoutout Marvin for an incredible tour!! My wife and I would honestly do it again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle!!

I had a fantastic time on the Boeing Factory Tour from Downtown Seattle and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Er. He was incredibly humorous and kept the atmosphere light, fun and engaging throughout the trip.
What really stood out was his ability to share interesting stories and lesser-known facts that made the experience much more memorable and insightful. His knowledge, enthusiasm and sense of humor turned what could have been just an informative tour into a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Although the Boeing factory is amazing, they have many limitations regarding recording or photographs, some of that info could get done by internet i any documentary.
On the other hand, our tour guide and bus driver, named Earl! Was the greatest, he gave us plenty of details about the city, interesting facts, we was very kindly and servicial. Clearly looks he loves doing this.

Great activity. Pickup in Seattle was on-time in a comfortable coach… All the driver was great… And the journey out to Boeing was smooth.
Boeing tour was incredible with lots of great information good quality internal coach transfers and the centre was immaculate great value of money.
