Good Fun for All :)
We had a great time cruising around the city with Matt! Daisy was an incredible bus and so fun to ride around in! Fun historical tidbits with good music, a pleasant group all around, and a chance to see so much more than on foot. Thanks again, Matt, for the trip!
Don’t think twice, just book it.

Amazing tour! Highlight of our trip to San Francisco
My husband and I took Brian's tour on Oct 1. It was fantastic and the highlight of our trip to San Francisco. Brian had so many great stories to share with us which made the tour so interesting and entertaining. He was well informed, so learning about different things we were seeing made us appreciate everything so much more. He even stopped and got us some local tasty snacks along the route. He gave us helpful restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, and ice cream shop recommendations. We went to them throughout our visit to San Francisco and they were all delicious! His van was roomy (you can even stand up in it) and spotless, and we stopped at certain landmarks so we had the opportunity to stretch our legs and use the restroom. We've done multiple tours in other cities, and this tour with Brian was the BEST! Don't miss it!

What a fun tour. It had a well planned out route, and we saw so much of the city. Our guide was informative and entertaining throughout. The 60's theme was especially interesting and fun.
Our only complaint was that we missed our first scheduled tour by literally 5 minutes. The van was pulling away as we drove up looking for parking. We tried calling both the tour company and Viator to say we were there but couldn't get ahold of anyone.
Wished we would have received a call to check on our status.
When we were finally able to reach Viator were
were told if we wanted to join a later tour we'd need to pay again.
We ended up for the tour the following morning and paying again. A bummer, but still a really fun tour.

This was one of the high lists of our trip to San Fran! An hour and a half was just the right amount of time to spend sailing around the bay and taking the sights. The crew was incredible. They were friendly, engaging and passionate about San Francisco area. They took the time to talk with everyone, answer questions, and share their knowledge of the bay. They were wonderful hosts and really made sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this experience!

Excellent afternoon
I enjoyed a lovely walk through Muir Woods and a quick trip to Sausalito. It was exactly as advertised. And because we were on time and the fog had obscured the Golden Gate Bridge on our exit from the city, our guide brought us to to viewpoint on the opposite side for a few photos. It was priced well and muchvless expensive than the cruise line excursion.

Hugh trees!
We booked a Muir Woods and Sausalito trip with Gray Line. Our tour guide( I believe his name was Richard) was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was an great driver, some of those hairpin turns were very tight! The Muir woods was amazing! The redwoods are huge! Sausalito was a cute little water front town and we had some delicious tacos at a place called Copita. I would highly recommend this tour!

A great overview of the San Francisco area
I had a wonderful time on this tour on September 14th. I was assigned a morning tour at Alcatraz, and I’m glad I started off there because its a “heavy” place mentally but I learned so much about the history of the island and the ongoing issues with the US prison system. Then I had a break to get some lunch before meeting up with the tour guide at Fisherman’s Wharf. The van ride was nice and we had a chance to take photos with the Golden Gate Bridge. Muir Woods was amazing. I did the full 2 mile loop which they advertise as taking 1.5 hours, and even though I’m not in good shape I am a fast walker and I completed it in a little under an hour (there are some stairs in the middle that allowed me down). The driving tour with stop at Palace of Fine Arts and cruising through China Town and Little Italy was cool.

My mom and I have done...
My mom and I have done this same tour for 3 years and we love it! They change up the wineries so it’s always fun. This tour is a great value because they pick you up in SF, take you to all the wineries, you pay no tasting fees and they bring you back to SF. Just have to worry about lunch which they drop you at Sonoma square for. We love Danny the tour guide! He is so nice and funny and a wonderful guide.

Take this tour!
Our park tour was nothing short of stunning. Derek (our guide) was so knowledgeable and personable that folks were leaving other tour groups to come over and listen in. We saw more than we could have imagined, including climbers on El Cap with the spotting scope he brought along. Highly Recommend!!!

Great way to see the park while on a San Francisco trip
It’s a long day with a lot of driving, but well worth it. The views are spectacular and iconic and taking advantage of a tour guide who knows the history and best places to stop for views made it so much easier than trying to rent a car and figure it all out myself. Our guide Lana was well-informed, easy going, and made sure everyone on the tour had what they needed for a great day.

Unique way to see San Francisco
Unique way to see San Francisco. If you are coming from a country that drives on the other side of the road you're in for a treat. Our GPS was playing up and we missed Lombard Street but they were more than happy for us to go back out for free to drive down it. We did it on a Saturday and the traffic was pretty bad. 3 hours was tight and we couldn't see the painted ladies in our allotted time.

Great time, perfect for restless kids, windy take coat
Goes fast but just the right time with restless kids. Took my 13&16yr old. Three level boat. Top windy but lots of benches to sit (many non English speaking people tried to reserve a few benches for themselves. We just sat down anyhow and ignored the hand waves). But honestly it doesn’t matter because once the boat starts moving everyone stands and looks around and seats open up. They only sell beer, white claw, pop, and snacks only on the bottom level. The white claws they offered were THE BIG ones. $10. All the levels have bench seats with backs to them. The bottom level and second level is all enclosed seating. The speaking of the history part is all automated by speakers. I found it to be very clear but harder to hear on top deck due to wind. Temp today Sept 1, was 70 ,and my teen boys were chilly up top but I liked it. Most people brought light jackets. The beginning and end was windy but near Alcatraz it got substantially less windy probably due to the terrain. The Boat gets very close to Alcatraz which was cool and made for good pics. At the end I didn’t see anyone taking tips or a tip jar out for tips which was also VERY nice because this town is tip happy. It’s WILD. I would do it again. Great time. We did the 530p tour which made it nice for pics as the sun was coming down

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Of all the San Francisco bus tours, the “love” tours that zip around the city from the Painted Ladies Victorian homes to the Twin Peaks viewpoint in Volkswagen vans might be the most fun. If these offbeat treks are a bit granola for you, other bus tours are convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas in comfort. Hop-on hop-off bus tours offer ultimate flexibility and freedom, while guided coach tours travel to Muir Woods and even as far as Yosemite National Park and the Monterey and Carmel area.
