Brian was very knowledgeable about the city! He went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an enjoyable tour! The snacks he packed the tour group were from some of his favorite SF spots. He gave great information about where to go and what to do after the tour. This tour would be great on your first day in SF to give you ideas

We had an amazing time on this San Francisco city tour! Everything was very well organized, and our guide, Brian, was fantastic. He shared so many interesting facts and stories that made the tour even more enjoyable. We got to see beautiful places all around the city and learned a lot along the way. Six friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our half-day with Brian. We all agreed that he is one of the best tour guides we have ever had -- so knowledgeable and personable. He limits capacity to 10 passengers although it is a high ceiling van that can accommodate 15. Our bus carried 9 passengers so it was almost like a private tour for my group. Although I had visited San Francisco in the past, I never experienced such a thorough understanding of its many neighborhoods, parks and geography. All passengers could hear him without a microphone and he could hear our questions without any problem. He gave us good recommendations (e.g., dining).

A quirk with the registration website meant we were the only two people signed up for the afternoon tour. Brian greeted us with his car - rather than the luxury van - truly a private tour.
Typically, we utilize the hop-on/hop-off tour bus services to familiarize ourselves with attractions in a new city.
By happy accident, we came across Brian’s website. His service is well worth the price of admission - his narrated (and interactive) tour is over and above that of the tour bus services. We were able to travel to locations inaccessible by bus.

This was a great introduction to San Francisco provided by our thoroughly knowledgeable and personable guide, Brian. Not only does he tell you about the history of each location, he gives you suggestions of other places to explore within that area. This tour was top notch. Even the snacks provided had a local flair - you get to sample some local snacks, not just a bag of chips.
Our transport van was clean and cozy and Brian was a safe driver. He answered many of our questions while also providing video or photos on a screen display so we all could see the details he was talking about. I learned a lot of things and honestly it made me want to come back to the city by the bay!

Small vehicle allows access where large buses cannot go. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Snacks are not your usual fare, but local food with recommendations where to eat.

Comprehensive information about SF filled with fun stories, little known facts, major attractions, tips, perfect photo-op locations, delicious and unique mid trip snack, plus fun audio/visual aids during the drive! Excellent tour. Brian was very knowledgeable, informative, responsive, and patient on our SF city tour. He was very attuned to our interests and answered any questions we had along the tour, as well as provided commentary about the different sights we were seeing on our trip. He'd had a party of 8 booked at the same time as the two of us which cancelled at the last minute. Rather than cancel our tour due to the cancellation of the party of 8, he continued the tour and the two of us had our own private tour guide for the trip around the city. He even provided bottled water and an assortment of snacks sourced from local establishments. We would definitely do the tour again.

He shared so much interesting information about San Francisco and took us to some fantastic spots that we never would have found on our own. The van was very clean, comfortable, and made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Brian also gave us great food recommendations that really enhanced our trip. We loved the tour with Brian!! He is very knowledgeable of San Francisco and was able to enlighten you on many facts and stories. I learned a lot and saw so much more. We stopped at beautiful spots and he never rushed us. He provides snacks from local businesses!! They were yummy. He also recommended great places to eat and see. None of his recommendations disappointed!! We took his tour the second day we were in San Francisco. I wish we would have taken it the first day there because the tour really helps you understand the layout of the city and where you want to go!! I would take the tour again. I highly recommend the tour. It does not disappoint!!
