Fabulous flight!

Had 2 days,of cancelled flights at Cappadocia, but 3rd time lucky! Flew right over Pamukkale Cotton Castle, and,no wind,so just hovered over it gently spinning for 45 mins. Ballooon was already inflated when we arrived, so got straight in and took off. Perfect!

Initially we couldn’t go for the date we booked at first but this was caused by weather conditions. No problem at all, very professional team and approach. We rescheduled to the next day and ended up with the perfect weather . I would suggest cash for this trip - just in case. Our guide was very knowledge and friendly. We also had the best driver ever! Men at the ballon site were simply amazing! We had a 13 year old who suddenly got very scared and did not want to do the hot air balloon at all - if it was not for them we wouldn’t have went at all - so definitely big shout out to the team ! Thank you! This is strongly recommend!

I am incredibly pleased with this tour. The communication started the day before to schedule everything and explain. The hotel pick up was right on time, the van was roomy and clean. The crew setting up the balloon was well organized and prepared. They gave us each a bag with drinks and snacks. The basket had 8 compartments besides the pilots in the middle. They explained points of interest and even made some cute videos. I definitely recommend.

The tour company (Red and Green Travel) came to pick us up precisely at 6:30am, and dropped us off at the Hotel afterwards. Company staffs kept up well informed about the weather conditions the day before the flight and we were very lucky that the cancellation we were worried about did not happen. The flight experience itself was beyond amazing. Overall, very happy with the whole thing.

What an amazing experience! The zipline over the river was absolutely thrilling, and the ATV ride through the trails was pure fun and adrenaline. After that, we took a boat trip down the river with the funniest and most energetic captain ever - he made everyone laugh the whole way! Our whole group bonded on the boat, and by the end of the day we felt like one big team. Everything was perfectly organized, super fun, and full of great memories. Totally recommend this adventure to anyone who loves excitement and good vibes!

What an experience - even for a scaredy cat like me!

Incredible from start to finish. Pick up was prompt and friendly and we arrived on site to coffee and breakfast pastries. The balloons were prepared and I felt so safe. We booked the budget flight and there was 28 people (+ 2 pilots) but it wasn’t cramped at all. The takeoff was smooth and the flight was seamless. I was anxious taking off and instantly regretted my choice but 5 minutes in I was having the time of my life. Stunning scenery and the balloon turned often so both sides of the basket got to enjoy all of the incredible views. We landed in a different place where the van was ready to meet us, along with the team who were eager to celebrate our safe landing with a glass of champagne, banana bread, a certificate and medal. The team were absolutely fantastic and I can see why they are rated so highly. 10/10 for service and feel good vibes.

It was an adventure to remember for a lifetime starting from the picking up to get us there watching the balloon inflated and the pilot keeping us all hyped full of energy, even though it was really in the morning to top it all off at the end we get to celebrate With champagne and have our certificate. It was amazing. Definitely will re recommend It was an unforgettable adventure that began with the pickup, the balloon’s inflation, and the pilot’s energetic and hyped-up demeanor. Excellent tour with thoughtfulness

We have a group of three have an excellent experience with this tour. To started off the reservationconfirmation was almost instant from Viator, and the subsequent communication to operator has been consistent and informative. On the day of balloon tour we were picked up exactly on time and we were surprised by homemade fried eggs and simple breakfast. It was pleasant, but not lavishing. the flight took off as planned. As weather permits, the flight was smooth and staple, and we all feel completely safe. We conclude the flight with safe landing and a champagne, juice, and snack. On my way home to company boss drove us home and informed that this is a small company with 16 staff we appreciate your home may feeling and the downer of nature of the tour. We would highly recommend to consider this tour if you’re open to be lesser known company and slightly less attractive flight locations, in exchange for more attractive pricing.

Was really nice and unforgettable memory. They come and picked us up at our hotel,they take us to the starting point for the balloon flight. There was many balloons and we made many nice pictures,the flight went very smoothly and the landing too . Our pilot was Tahir Özasik , very nice and friendly guy had a good crew who always make sure we are safe. Before the flight they gave us some snacks ,when it finished they gave us certificates and champagne. Thank you very much !
