Pick up was more than 30 minutes late
Flight time was less than 1 hour - not 1-2 hr as noted on site
As such we ere surrounded by fog in the flight and could not enjoy the scenery
There was not coffee/ tea as advertised on viator site
The tour was very well organized. There was good communication. The tour was on time, according to the schedule. It was a nice balloon experience.
