Disappointed

The guide’s knowledge was limited and at times frustrating. This was general consensus of group. Standard of accommodation was disappointing. After a big day in the heat would have been good to have shower facilities to freshen up for our 5hr wait for return flight. The garden courtyard was overgrown and toilet facilities near it hadn’t been cleaned for ages. Breakfast fine. Would have been good if they offered accommodation options. There were earlier flights available with Turkish Ailines but for some reason we were put on late flight with AJet.Flower balloon ride was fabulous. Would I recommend this tour through Viator, no I would not.

Well well worth it

I booked this the day before leaving and every thing was taken care of right away. Not a single hiccup in the plan and they put me in an amazing hotel in the heart of the Cappadocia. We hit everything I wanted and the guide was great. I did almost take away 1 star because of the driver back to Kayseri airport drove like an absolute idiot. He was driving in the middle of the road and swerving to the point multiple cars honked at him, and he even rolled down his window at a light to argue with one of the cars next to him. It was very stressful and not a great end to the trip, but it isn’t the booking agents fault. (Please have someone talk to that man though)

A terrific 2 day tour that covered all the highlights. The overnight hotel room was amazing and beyond my expectations. Our tour guide Utku was knowledgeable, funny and kept us all excited about our great visit to Cappadocia.
