The local tour operator can request your some passport details for the bookings of your flight tickets. If you do not share the details, your domestic flight tickets can not bookable.
The local tour operator will send e-tickets of your domestic flights at three days before your departure date. You will not need the print out copies of the tickets for domestic flights. Your passport and reservation number on the tickets will be enough for check-in to plane. Please note that, the local tour operator will not do check-in because of the personal preferences of the guests.
You will have 15kg luggage + 8kg hand bag quota per person for each domestic flight. If you will need more luggage capacity, please inform that to the local tour operator. There could be some extra fee for luggage quotas more than 15kg.
If you do connect any flight which arranged by your own to departure/return flight of this travel package, you may have a risk about miss one of them. This risk is about the delay/cancellation by airlines companies. We do not suggest that to safety of your booking. If there is any glitch because of this type arrangments by you, the local tour operator is not going to be responsible.
The check-in time of the hotels is 02.00pm. If hotel rooms will be available for early check-in on first day of your trip, hotel managment and the local tour operator will provide early check-in to room for you.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ! : Hot air ballooning is a fully weather-dependent activity and the Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip.
CAVE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCES : The pre-planned hotels are "Yunak Evleri Hotel", "Zeydem Suites Cave Hotel" and "Misty Cave Hotel" for your accommodation on this travel package. You may choose one of them while booking. If these hotels (which you preferred) are not available for standard/superior rooms on your travel dates, the local tour operator can replace it with an equivalent hotel.
The prices of package are valid for accommodation at the double or triple room. If you would like add accommodation on single room(s) to your booking, there could be supplement cost. There are not going to be any extra cost for bookings of single / solo travelers. They will already accommodate at single room.
Hot Air Balloon Ride will be in “Standard Category”. This category ride has an One-hour approximately flight duration with 20 to 28 people capacity basket. The flight duration could be 50-55 minutes or 65-70 minutes. This situation depend the weather conditions before landing, and pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
If your return hotel is different than pick-up hotel, please inform that detail immediately. If you inform that detail after organised your flight tickets, the local tour operator can request extra cost because of the distances between the airports and some hotels. If you inform this type changes on service day (last day of your trip), the local tour operator do not confirm this last minute amending and drop you to your pick-up hotel.
If your pick-up / drop-off hotels are inside of airports (IST and SAW airports) the local tour operator do not provide any hotel pick-up / drop-off service in Istanbul.
If you do not use any service or give up join to activities / tours / airport transfers, that's meaning is going to be last minute cancellation. Because of that, there is not going to be any refund for that.
If you would like change your scheduled domestic flight(s) after organised them, the local tour operator can request new flight ticket cost. The flight tickets can not refundable after organized.
This tour is not valid for bookings to ages under 18.

Besides the view on the balloon being spectacular. The whole experience was a mess. What a waste of money this tour was. I booked early and my cave hotel was terrible. Peak summer and no air conditioner in the room. Actually there was no one at the hotel at all. They didn’t even provide lunch or dinner. And breakfast was cold cuts and one fried egg. I booked the best package with the premium hotel and it couldn’t be any worse. The camel ride was pathetic nothing like the pictures shown. The balloon ride was nearly cancelled as they couldn’t get the balloon up. They tried to blame the weather but there was 100 others in the air. Everyone was so angry. We missed sunrise and no compensation. I can’t believe I booked this tour

Dear Catherine, Thank you for your helpful review. We deleted that hotel from our list and does not use them since one month. About the photos of Camel ride. The photos are sample and showing the district. Please do not forget!!! Cappadocia district is covering over 270km square and you can not catch 100% same view always. Kind regards

Totally Disappointing

The Camel ride and the pickup to and from the airport we truly nice. The second day tour is a total fraud! We were supposed to go visit places like the Goreme outdoor museum and instead they took us to a ceramic and leather factory. We complained to Viator and they have not even bothered replying to us!

This tour was literal perfection. It was highly organized, efficient and offered exactly what it was supposed to. Everything was included. It was so worth it and I have some amazing photos that will last a lifetime! Only thing I would change is the included lunch spot. The restaurant was infested with flies and the food was not good.

Return from Cappadocia not included. Make sure you understand this before booking. Also had to pay for shuttle from hotel to Cappadocia Airport on the second day, was told it was included. Otherwise balloon ride was a blast.

Fantastic tour guide. He was interesting and congenial. The balloon ride was a unique experience. The tour selections were a combination that took us to the best spots. Most of the transfers were spot on the times given. The only reason I give four stars, is that the return pickup was fumbled. We were at the assigned rendezvous spot for 20 minutes before we connected to an agent of the car company and another 40 minutes, before we actually got in the van. It was late and we were feeling a little grumpy.
