I am incredibly pleased with this tour. The communication started the day before to schedule everything and explain. The hotel pick up was right on time, the van was roomy and clean. The crew setting up the balloon was well organized and prepared. They gave us each a bag with drinks and snacks. The basket had 8 compartments besides the pilots in the middle. They explained points of interest and even made some cute videos. I definitely recommend.

It was a great day for a balloon ride. I enjoyed the experience and had no issues. I was happy for the most part. I had communication with Turkiye Balloon through WhatsApp, though as others have mentioned I did experience some late communication as to the pickup time.
Ended up okay either way.

What a great time. On time pick up, great driver for the van. The crew had the balloon already inflating and was wonderful for pictures on the ground. Took off just as the sun started to bring light not not sunrise. Then, once in the air, a beautiful sunrise for us to enjoy. The pilot kept the balloon rotating most of the time so you didn't feel like you missed anything.

For context, this note is about their customer service and communication, not about their balloon experience.
Cappadocia balloons (for all vendors) only fly when there is not much wind (I believe under 10km/hr). As such, if the wind is greater than that all vendors will cancel the flights. That’s just part of the business.
We booked our flight 3 days before (for an expensive amount per person by the way - it’s not cheap) and there was zero communication. No email, no WhatsApp, no call, nothing. We found out at 9pm the night before through our hotel that the flight was cancelled and not through Turkiye Balloons themselves. I reached out multiple times with no response.
So in summary, I can’t comment on the flight itself but their communication channels need to change and improve. When you spend 190USD per person, a simple greeting saying “hey, you will be picked up at this time at this place etc…” is the bare minimum. This did not happen and why I am giving a low rating.
In comparison, other tours we booked in the region (e.g the Green Tour, ATV sunset) we immediately received clear instructions on what the next steps would be which is what any customer would expect.

We did not manage to embark in the balloon flight due to unfavourable weather conditions. However the staff was on hand to provide us with hourly updates while we had breakfast in the waiting area. 100% refund was given due to this no-show condition. Wi-Fi in the waiting area was not working.

Majestic and breath taking don’t even begin to describe this excursion. No trip to Cappadocia is complete without it. So far the highlight of our entire trip. And unlike other companies you aren’t packed like sardines. It was four people in each quadrant with plenty of space to be comfortable.

Amazing experience. The flight is in the valley where all the balloons fly. Pickup was at the exact time. We were informed at all times both on the ground and during the flight. We booked the flight online, and arrived on time at the hotel to continue with the circuit that took us on a trip to Turkey. We were offered a video of the flight but without pressing, which is appreciated. Thank you to all the personnel, both the flight and the ground.

ホテルまでシャトルバスで迎えに来てくれて、しかも時間ピッタリに。寒かったので外で待たなくてよかったのは非常に助かりました。
バルーンに乗り込むまでも無駄な時間を過ごすことなくスムーズでした。
後は言わずもがなの大絶景で、最高のひとときでした。

Sobrevolar el valle del Amor fue realmente expectacular, pero probablemente buscaria otra opcion aunque fuese mas cara pero que sobrevolase tambien el valle rosa y que saliese más tarde con un poco mas de luz. Por lo demás la organización y el personal fenomenal.
