However, a 40-minute delay is unlikely, as our vehicles are always stationed just 5 minutes away from the airport. On that particular day, there was heavy traffic congestion at the airport entrance, which sometimes causes short delays. Please note that airport management regulations do not allow our vehicles to wait inside the terminal area. We can only enter the pickup zone when the passenger is ready and must exit immediately after pickup to avoid fines. Worth it to ensure a safe and secure ride!

Overall great experience. My fiancé and I wanted to stay in Istanbul longer then TourIstanbul would stay in the city, so we booked to ensure a safe and secure ride. They were super easy to talk to, worked with us when we constantly changed our pick up time, and helped keep it low stress. And the car was comfortable and super clean. And the driver (it was so late I was half asleep and didn’t catch his name) was incredibly friendly and ensured a great experience!

Row 14 is at the very end... About a 7-10 minute walk from baggage claim. Once at the meet location took about 10 minutes to walk/get to the car!

Nice ride, less than good service

The vehicle and driver were very good. However for the price I would expect the driver to be waiting inside the airport to pick up the family. Instead we had to wait outside a cafe outside of the airport and it took the driver 20-30 minutes to arrive.

When we arrived to be picked up we were told that there was no car for us, we waited for about 30-40 minutes for a driver to arrive When the driver arrived we had no wifi as it was advertised. There was barely any room for our bags as we were not picked up in a van as described in the picture advertised, the driver was on his phone the whole drive also. Would not recommend this service, to be hiring and using professional drivers you think this would be the level of professionalism, think again. Please do not use this company. It was not worth the $160AUD especially when you can get a taxi/uber for cheaper

We are sorry for you, but we only work with minivan vehicles. Sedan vehicles other than this are not legal, there was a mistake. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 10 minutes. Please double check the company you use. There is something wrong.

We did not get what we paid for

The most memorable part of the trip was that the car did not use the A.C. The driver was on the phone all the time watching his family play at a beach. Water was not offered and much less to expect wifi. I was wanting to impress my wife and daughter. Totally not worth it. Dirty old van. We did not feel safe with the driver since he was on the phone all the time. We do not think is the drivers fault. He probably had no idea because it was not well coordinated.

Told driver was going to be late 10 min after scheduled pickup

Van did not come. 10 min after our scheduled pickup we were told the driver had an accident and was dealing with that paperwork. We had to cancel and take 2 cabs to get to the airport so we did not miss our flight but resulted in unnecessary stress.

We are sorry for your experience, but I informed you of the exact pick-up time and explained that I could send a new vehicle within 10 minutes. But you didn't want to wait. The accident caused the vehicle to be delayed and there was nothing we could do at the last minute.

Do not book this service. The vehicle was nothing like that displayed in the advert. Avoid at all costs. I booked this expecting a luxury vehicle. What turned up was a dirty old mini van. I should have just booked an Uber.

Nice cars - not great service

We used this service 3 times as our family was landing in Istanbul in 3 different days. Overall the service provided nice private cars and no drama transfer to our hotels. Our key compliant is the pick up system is highly chaotic. When you arrive at their designated exit there's no sign for your name. Instead you get told to meet a person who doesn't really speak much English , and is constantly looking and furiously texting on their phone ( this was the case all three times ). Eventually you get led down to the basement of the airport and get told to hop on a car. Any attempt to confirm hotel destination was met with really short bursts of "go!" Think we are better off just using Uber next time

The car was very good, and the driver was excellent. Missed the 5th star because the procedure coming out of the airport was frustrating. Nearly every other airport where a private car is hired, we are met by the driver at the airport exit and escorted to the car. Here, we were met by a guy next to a placard, who then calls the driver and 15 minutes later he escorts us to where the driver really was. While I am sure the logistics are hard at an airport that size, eliminating that 15 minute wait would make the client feel truly special and not like a package.

Thanks for your comment. We really don't want there to be a wait like this. But the airport management wants it to be this way because the airport is very big and there are a lot of passengers coming. If every passenger's vehicle waits at the gate, there would be a huge chaos.

Pleasant ride, smoke unpleasant, but everywhere in Turkey

My only knock would be the smoke smell, but frankly, that seems to be everywhere in Turkey, so I don’t think I can really hold that against them. It was a pleasant drive. TV worked great. Seats and cabin were clean and in really great shape. We booked again for the ride back to the airport.

Ist bad experience with Viator

Our driver from airport to hotel was inconsiderate. He was on his phone the entire time. When I tried to get him to turn on ac because we were so hot he shushed me and pointed to his ear piece to show me be was on phone but he never got off phone so ride was very hot - we had different driver on way back to airport several days later and he was amazing

Car crash

The most memorable part of the journey was hitting the motorcyclist off his bike and watching as he lay in the road not moving while a crowd of people gathered around and the police arrived, not being able to get out of the vehicle to see if the biker was okay (he was okay thank god). My youngest was really upset and has been freaked out near roads ever since.

Don’t recommend!

We paid $98 for the “luxury decorative van” option with pictures that show a fancy van with a TV and ceiling lights. We were picked up in a stinky 1980’s van with old seatbelts that wouldn’t pull out all the way. Two stars only because the driver was timely and helped us with our suitcases. Our 11:30am pick up time must have been too early since he fought falling asleep the entire drive to the airport. He swerved almost the entire drive and at one point, swerved over two lanes. He drove slow in the right lane and kept jerking the van, crossing over the lines as his eyes were closing. We gave him gum to help wake him up and tried to play music. We felt unsafe and quite nervous the entire drive. So that in top of not getting what we paid extra for, I felt completely ripped off.
