Our driver communicated with us the day before our ship arrived into Tokyo, confirming the ship's name and port. As we were able to depart earlier than anticipated, I texted our driver through WhatsApp to see if he could come earlier to the International Port..He assured us that would be fine--& he was waiting as promised with my name as soon as we got out of customs..He helped with all the luggage..Courteous and thoughtful. although only speaking Japanese, the car was comfortable and the drive smooth & uneventful to our hotel. There is no question that our departure from our cruise ship to our Tokyo hotel was the easiest we have ever done! Thank you for your service!

The tour operator was effective in the communication about the pick up from the airport to our hotel. We were sent pictures about where to rendezvous. The tour operator and the driver monitored our flight arrival which was delayed. It was reassuring to get a message from them as soon as we landed. It was a dense tour.

The driver and the guide were both very pleasant people, so I could participate in the tour with peace of mind. Even when I was late for the meeting time, they welcomed me with a smile, and we were able to enjoy the tour without spoiling the fun atmosphere. The English guide was arranged in a way that was easy for Japanese speakers to understand, and it was very easy to listen to and comprehend. We used it for the training of students from India, and the Indian students were happy, saying it was beneficial all day. I am grateful for the wonderful day and for learning so much from your personality and your English explanations.

This service is the best...

This service is the best I have used. The drivers are professional and very friendly. Also, the communication was perfect by letting me know the license plate number, how far away the car was from picking us up and also giving them our flight number so that the driver can see which part of the airport to drop us off when it was time to fly back home. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent Transfer, Unnecessary Meet & Greet Fee

The transfer itself was excellent. The driver was punctual, professional, courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Everything about the transfer went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the overall service. My only complaint was the additional Meet & Greet fee. After already paying $170.70 for a private airport transfer, being asked to pay an extra 3,000 JPY (about $20 USD) simply for the driver to hold a sign with my name felt excessive and unnecessary. This fee should not have been charged. For a premium private transfer, meeting passengers with a name sign is a basic courtesy that should be included in the service, not treated as a separate add-on. Charging extra for such a minor service gave the impression of unnecessary nickel-and-diming. Aside from that additional fee, the transfer itself was excellent, and I greatly appreciated the driver's professionalism. I would gladly use the service again if the Meet & Greet charge were included in the quoted price.
