We are a very poor experience with our airport transfer at Tokyo
Our driver was not waiting for us where he was meant to be and we had to send a message to Viator to find him. The driver was very rude did not say hello and it fact did not not say one word for the entire trip. He was in a bad mood. Grappled one case and just walked off. We had to follow him with 3 cases and struggled to keep up. He did not open the car car door for us and just sat in the car. He was an erratic driver driving at 140 kms in 100 kms zone and we were quite scared. Would not use this service again

everything was perfect. Met us right at the arrival gate with a sign for my name. Very easy. The vehicle was great and very clean and comfortable. Driver was a very safe driver and very polite.

This was a top rate experience, especially given how many times I messed up the reservation. First wrong airport which they pointed out to me, then the wrong day! David was incredibly helpful and even pointed us to the website for entry into Japan to speed us thru customs. Our driver was great and the trip to the hotel very comfortable.

I worked with the tour operator, David, for multiple transfers and he went above and beyond in working with me due to delays that were not preventable. He made sure that he had a car for our group that was large enough for the 5 of us and all of our luggage. We were picked up at the airport on time and he moved our hotel pickup at the last minute 3 hours later. The drivers were outstanding and assisted with our luggage as well as being very cordial. You can't miss with GT Transfers!

The booking process was easy. Great communication the day before the trip including using the Visit Japan Web app for immigration and customs declaration prior to arrival on line. Which we had done already. Good communication right after we landed. However we had to wait about 45 minutes for the driver as he got stuck in heavy traffic. We breezed thru Customs I about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise the transportation was flawless. Our driver wasn’t very talkative but that was okay. He got us to our destination about an hour away from Narita Airport safely. Will definitely use them again when visiting Japan.

Great experience. Company was very communicative over WhatsApp prior to and during pick up from the airport. They immediately responded to any messages over WhatsApp, regardless of time of day. They also let us know about the Japanese website through which you can do your customs paperwork prior to arriving in Tokyo, which really helped cut down on time upon arrival. Driver was waiting in arrivals halls for us. Just seamless. Highly recommend!

Although you refused to pay the overtime fee, the driver still completed your transfer service.

The pre-trip arrangements and communications with the company were easy and straightforward. The driver was waiting for us upon our arrival at Narita Airport and the vehicle was clean and the appropriate size for our group of four and all of our luggage.
However, the driver was unfriendly and uncommunicative, even when asked direct questions. He put us in a dangerous situation almost immediately when he pushed a fully loaded luggage cart onto a narrow escalator, expecting us to follow with two more luggage carts. This almost ended in disaster at the top of the escalator when one of the carts got stuck.
The trip from Narita to our hotel took about 90 minutes, in heavy traffic. The driver was aggressive to the point of being completely unsafe, darting in and out of traffic with almost no clearance between other vehicles, repeatedly scrolling through screens on his phone and even running several red lights. I would never recommend this driver to anyone and I’ve provided a more detailed report to the company.
