Wonderful day of luxury vehicle touring from Tokyo to Mt Fuji. I’m so glad we booked this tour because it was a highlight. Our guide Ken was patient attentive kind and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful clear day to view Mt Fuji and take beautiful photos that will be cherished. We spent a long time at the outlets shopping which was to my request so we probably could have done more sightseeing but this was my preference (love to shop) I travelled alone with three kids 9,11,14 and we all felt safe, happy and engaged the whole day. Thank you to Ken and the wonderful driver who took care of us all day as if we were family ❤️

We are a first-time-to-Japan travelling couple, decided to take this one day private-custom tour to Mt. Fuji area because we want it to be fully customize and hassle free trip, and turned out to be one of the best decision we ever made!
Our guide&driver, Mazda San, was very very very helpful, very corteus, knowledgable and we can feel his enthusiasm on every activities that we had, also that he's doing it sincerely to us.
He gave his best to accomodate all of our interests and needs in this tour to the level that surprised us, such as carried our shopping bags, made a last-minute booking to the Onsen, reccomended the best Hotto Noodle restaurant, and even helped us do the train seat booking on a JR Train Machine at the nearest station! - all to ensure that we got the best service in need, and yeessss we are truly had a fun & memorable trip!
Started with our request for shopping at Gotenba Outlet and lucky us, after that we could saw Mt. Fuji in a clear sky, visited Lake Kawaguchi and enjoy the best sceneries from the sight-seeing boat, went to Oishi Park and tasted the BEST grapes we ever had! - enjoyed a very pleasant traditional Onsen like we've always wanted, and had a very delicious Japanese dinner at Konami Restaurant ~ guided and drived by Mazda San, in a very clean Toyota Vellfire - all day!
We definitely will recommend this tour to everybody, it was worth every penny!

seeing mt. fuji at a different angle was such an unforgettable experience , Hoto Fudo for lunch was a must that Taiji Endo our very knowledgeable and reliable english speaking guide took us before a very long queue started pouring in at the restaurant then off to another side of mt fuji and passed by the infamous Aokigahara forest then to gotemba outlet... Overall? Excellent experience and would recommend this to friends ... to Taiji, thank you so much for taking good care of us :)

Taiji is an awesome tour guide - very knowledgeable and personable. He picked us up at our hotel - took us to all the places we wanted to see and more. The weather was nice - everything was perfect! We appreciated all the time he spent with us from early morning to night. This private tour was well worth it - an excellent experience. We will definitely use Taiji again when we are in Japan and highly recommend him.

Good tour , they contact me the day before to ask me what we wanted to do . They pick up us in the hotel and take us where we wanted. As we were a group of 8 the guide accompanied my father to si some shopping in the mall and help him with the translation. He was very kind. Due to the they take us to a snow resort which wasn’t in the itinerary , that was great ! Excellent tour

As you mentioned you had various unique experiences with our Van tour. Unfortunately, the weather on the day was not good for viewing Mt. Fuji, you could visit some highlighting points in the area such as Nemba Village, Oishi Park and Gotemba Outlet. In addition, I am happy your family fully enjoyed sledding in the ski resort at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

Our entire family highly recommends this private tour. Taiji was incredibly accommodating to all of our requests and he patiently answered all of our questions. It's clear that he is passionate for culture and people, which is why we had quite an enjoyable and educational tour. There are really a lot of good things to say about this tour, but I suppose the best way to sum it up is that it felt like we were being toured around by a good family friend who was eager to give us an authentic experience. We are grateful to Taiji and hope other families can have our wonderful experience as well.

Best tour and guide ever!! Totally worth every penny. Taiji is brilliant and entertaining. He went out of his way to make sure that we had the best time. Traveling with my 80 year old mother who uses a wheelchair is not easy but he was so helpful and patient with us. Thanks for everything, Taiji!

Our tour was amazing and our tour guide, Taiji Endo, was very accommodating and also amazing! He knew so much history of Japan and the neighboring cities as we drove out from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. Also, he was very time efficient with different options we could go and see. We definitely recommend it!

I only have great things to say about this tour! I was having a hard time choosing the right tour for us since we were total of 7 people - 2 seniors, 3 adults, 1 5yr. old and 1 19mo. old baby. Most tour buses have age requirements, so my kids cannot be included in any tour anymore since the youngest they can accommodate was 6yrs. old. But then I chanced upon this offer and at first I thought it was quite expensive, but when I communicated with the tour guide - Mr. Endo - he was very accommodating and he suggested the right tour options for our group. I trusted his suggestion and I am very glad we did! He brought us to places that were not the usual touristy areas to get a feel of the local vibe. But we still saw the famous areas around Mt. Fuji. He brought us to a lunch place that was very special, a local restaurant that uses their own home grown veggies, fresh salmon from the river and handmade udon noodles - this was really a highlight of our trip! Mr. Endo is very knowledgeable, he speaks good English as well. If we knew about him beforehand, we would have booked him many times during our trip in Tokyo since he also tours in other places and not just in Mt. Fuji. We will definitely book him again when we go back! Oh, and he will pick you up and bring you back to your hotel - this was a real convenience. : Thank you Mr. Endo for the very fun tour! My kids loved you as well, they can't stop asking when they will see you again... :

Nous avons passé une excellente journée de visites ! Notre guide, Elina était exceptionnelle ! Déjà elle parlait français, et elle a été à notre écoute toute le journée. Nous avons appris énormément de choses sur le Japon grace à elle. Elle a su parler à des ado de 12 à 17 ans pour rendre la journée incroyable pour tous !
