Excellant tour to Pinglin tea country!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The trip was seamless and he also helped us take great photos. We tried three very nice teas in Pinglin. I highly recommend this tour if you are staying in Taipei and don't have a car to explore the rest of the island. You are missing out!

An Excellent Private Tour Tailored Just for Me
I had an amazing layover tour in Taipei! Nicolas Ying did a wonderful job customizing the itinerary based on exactly what I wanted to see and experience. They were knowledgeable, flexible, and made the most of my limited time, ensuring I saw the highlights that mattered most to me. Everything was well organized, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this tour to anyone with a layover who wants a personalized and stress-free way to explore Taipei!

This was an amazing day...
This was an amazing day trip planned as a result of my twenty one hour layover in Taipei bound for DFW. It was a scheduled group tour and fortunately for me I was the only registered participant. David was the most informative tour guide. I loved the museum and to see Taipei 101 was breathtaking. Highly recommend this day tour.

A wonderful tour of Jiufen/Shifen with Jacky & Vincent
Our experience was shaped positively by our VIP guides, Jacky & Vincent. Our family of 9 enjoyed the trip, stopping for sights and food along the way. They both offered a personal touch to the experience, providing a memorable trip for the adults and children. Communication pre-booking to during the trip was especially helpful. Be sure to take up their suggestions for food & coffee, the coffee in Jiufen was so good! Jacky and Vincent provided enough space for our group to wander and return to our air-conditioned rides (a must in balmy June!!) Their love and pride of Taiwan was palpable and we appreciated all the fun facts shared along the way.
Both Jacky and Vincent let us know they would take photos of the group and share immediately after the tour. This was a nice touch because we had 4 kids taking our attention. It was nice to receive such nice quality photo memories!

Great experience!
It was really fun! I definitely recommend it. Our tour guide, Chiara, was really informative and fun. She was so sweet and helpful.
Our favorite part was the waterfall. Just make sure to wear sunscreen because there is some walking. The lantern part was okay. As cute and fun as it was, it was not environmentally friendly. We saw lots of the discarded lanterns up in the trees and the nature area. It’s a cute idea though.

Top Ten with Kate
It's a great tour - great food, good variety, interesting areas visited, excellent tour guide (Kate was very knowledgeable, had good humor, and was ready to answer any questions). Pace was slow enough for to do. We had 10 tastings, as advertised. I wuld do this tour again.

Day Trip from Taipei
Danny was amazing! We had an incredible day even with the rain, exploring the Geo Park, hiking to waterfalls, exploring towns like Shifen and Jiufen. Thoroughly enjoyed our day including the very authentic Taiwanese lunch and the oolong tea in the afternoon with Danny. Highly recommend this outing and ask for Danny!

Flexible and will accommodate you layover duration. MADE MY SOLO LAYOVER STRESS FREE.
I was traveling alone on a tight layover, and my guide, Jack Chou made everything smooth and stress‑free. He arrived right on time, brought me to the Longshan Temple and Chiang Kai Shek memorial, Taipei 101 area and took me to my requested restaurant --Din Tai Fung where he even used an app to skip the wait. He showed me a proper way to eat dumplings. I felt safe and looked after the entire time. He made sure I got back to the airport with time to spare. Truly the perfect layover experience. Thank you so much Jack Chou, because of you, I learned so much about Taiwan History, Food and Culture and will be reading more about it.

Taroko Gorge is a spectacular spot. We enjoyed seeing a different side to Taiwan. Our guide and driver, Jack, was informative and fun to travel with. The private tour allowed for a very comfortable trip that we were able to tailor to suit us. Beautiful scenery.

Great tour!
The tour was very flexible, and we were picked up from our hotel by Henry who was friendly and informative. Plenty of time was given at each location to enjoy the view and take photos. we were able to collect many stamps from the visitor center and had a delicious fresh fish meal.
Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great Walking Day Tour of Yangmingshan National Park
Wonderful and relaxing day touring Yangmingshan National Park. Our delightful guide from Edison Tours was terrific. He had excellent English and knew a great deal about the park. He follows the itinerary perfectly, kept us all on track, and knew when to talk and guide then give us free time. He provided excellent, clear directions and descriptions for all out stops and even helped take some great photos for us. I probably would not have had a chance to visit the park on my own during my stay in Yaiwan, so taking this trip proved to be a pleasure and long, busy, but highly enjoyable day. We even made a stop at the "greenhouse" at the park for a very traditional Chinese lunch and it was not only a wonderful cultural experience, but the garlic and chicken soup I ordered was delicious and perfect for the day. Edison Tours, incidentally, was extremely efficient and clear with their communications and meeting directions. Super cheerful, friendly, helpful.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Once you’ve had your fill of Taipei’s cosmopolitan cultural scene, the rest of Taiwan and its nine national parks beg to be discovered next. The island’s high-speed trains and sturdy infrastructure make exploration a breeze—but guided Taipei day trips help you overcome the language barrier and any planning-induced stress by arranging all your tickets, tours, and transfers for you—leaving you free to enjoy geological wonders, dramatic gorges, hot springs, and former mining towns that have inspired world-famous Studio Ghibli movies.
