We had an amazing tour. Jeremy was a great guide, taking us to some amazing places. The weather was a little dreary but it didn’t spoil our enthusiasm. We tried our first Taiwanese dishes and they were delicious. I have limited mobility and Jeremy was attentive and always helpful. We would highly recommend Jeremy and this tour.

Incredibly friendly, kind, and gracious Lena showed us around, gave wonderful suggestions and helped us have a great day despite the rain all day. She dropped us off and picked us up a couple of times when she found out I had knee problems. She was A++++ all the way.

Our day with Jeremy touring northeast Taiwan was probably our favorite day during our weeklong vacation. We were a small group so switched from Mercedes van to minivan but the minivan was nice and clean. Jeremy was right on time. He was so kind and took amazing photos of our family. He also knew all the secret spots to get amazing photos and he showed us less touristy breathtaking views. He answered all our questions and shared a lot of fun anecdotes about life in Taiwan. We felt like we got a better understanding of the country’s history and also of the people. He had a special snack for us that Taiwanese people use as a good luck charm for electronics. I know it sounds crazy! But so fascinating to learn. Jeremy made our tour in very busy spots a lot easier. He would walk us to the best spots, park or drop us off to reduce unnecessary walking. He just made it an easy and pleasurable day despite some traffic and some rain. Our family, including two kids, were entertained, educated and also felt relaxed. Jeremy was also flexible should we want to stay longer somewhere. Overall, a great guy and a wonderful tour. Thanks Jeremy and for all our beautiful family pics! We had an amazing tour. Jeremy was a great guide, taking us to some amazing places. The weather was a little dreary but it didn’t spoil our enthusiasm. Although not a guided tour, it is very flexible. Our driver Jeremy had an itinerary but was willing to change to fit wishes. And he was very helpful and welcoming.

Let your driver know what your travel style and preferences are, they are very accommodating. We wanted to dawdle and stroll around without rushing and our driver was happy to accommodate. But if you want to squeeze in as much as possible and rush then they’re happy to match your energy. Our driver Kevin was amazing, we had so much fun chatting with him and he knew so many cute hidden gems. This was an incredible and stress-free way to explore Taiwan. We were in good hands and felt very well taken care of :)

We booked the English “private tour” but then found out it’s just a private car with a driver for 8 hours. The driver also didn’t speak much English. He doesn’t go into the attraction areas with us and just waited outside.

Our experienced driver all been occupied , this new driver still new, sorry about this, he said cause you talked to him in Chinese. That's why he speaks Chinese.

It was a smooth and efficient trip. It was well timed, the sites were lovely, and Alvin was so friendly and a great driver! 6 hours was just enough to make it a complete day trip without being exhausted. Would recommend!

Ryan was our tour guide and we had a great time. He went at our pace and took breaks when I needed it. In Juifen he showed us all the little shops and took us to a literal hole in the wall that opened to a beautiful restaurant. Amazing views. I would definitely recommend this excursion to my friends and family.

We took this tour with our guide Philly, and it was a wonderful experience! Philly was amazing, her English was excellent, and she explained everything clearly, from the history to the small details that made the places come alive. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip both fun and educational. I would definitely recommend this tour!

We truly enjoyed our tour with Phyllis, she was punctual picking us up from our hotel with a clean, spacious van and provided us with cold water. My husband and I really appreciated her lesson on the history, background and culture of Taiwan. She's very kind and sweet and went above and beyond. It was great to see the sights, have a private driver, and not have to wait on public transportation. We were able to see so much more in a short period of time. Our van was clean. Our driver, Jimmy, was very nice. This isn’t necessarily a tour, but the hiring of a driver. He did take a few photos for us when we arrived at our locations. Maybe some drivers offer more unprompted information than others. Our driver took us to our locations and let us explore on our own…which is our preference anyway.

We booked our tour in Taipei while enjoying a port day on our cruise ship. Our guide, Charles picked us up right at the cruise terminal in Keelong, and met us after customs. It was raining so we went with our second option, seeing the sights in Taipei while enjoying a very nice, clean van. After seeing several very important and interesting stops, and after the rain had subsided Charles took us to the North Shore to see the rock formations and waterfalls so we got to see all the things we hoped for. Thank you to Charles for being so accommodating and providing us with a never to be forgotten experience. A private guide is the only way to go…skip the ship excursions and the crowds and save some $$$

I travelled in April and on this day temps reached 34 degrees Celsius so wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Driver Ian was amazing and his English was very good. Picked me up bang on time and spent the next 9 hours travelling around the North east coast. including Shiefen, Yehliu and some waterfalls. Highlight was the last stop where the guide and I had a lantern and as per customs wrote wishes on each of the sides (it's roughly 1.5m high, and 1m square so quite big) and then had it lit to fly off with all the other lanterns. When I reached my hotel I forgot some gifts I had bought and left in the car, but Ian let me know and then arranged a taxi to bring them to my hotel. Above and beyond. Thanks Ian. Well worth the money even though I was travelling solo.

We asked for the non-city tour and it included everything I hoped for and more. Bring an external power pack for your phone if you like to take photos with it! An extra layer (jacket, windbreaker) is useful as the weather may change throughout the day. You will have opportunities to buy lunch or snacks. If you want WiFi, ask while stopped. I found it useful so I could see on my map app where we were. Kevin was interesting, speaks excellent English and is well-traveled.

Best tour of Taipei Yehliu, Shifen, Jiufen good driving skills can rest wellin between places. Ryan knows the best dinner place in Jiufen and takes the best photos. It was a very pleasant tour.

Berry is an outstanding driver and tour guide. His English is outstanding. He explained the history of Taiwan, and explained every place on the tour. He walked with me through every place to explain things and take amazing pictures. He provided plenty of water in the car (it was a hot day). For lunch, he suggested a restaurant that had a beautiful view, and worked hard to get a table with a great view. I feel so lucky to have been assigned Berry for this tour.
