Only thing better than the dumplings was our driver!

It was a perfect day our driver guide Jackson did an excellent job pacing it out for us. We saw exactly what we wanted to see and then for lunch he took us for dumplings at a Michelin star dumpling place. They were amazing. This is the tour to take thank you Jackson for an incredible day.

Such a fun activity to...

Such a fun activity to wind up our week in Taipei. My son and I had such a blast. Then getting to eat our own prepared food was the best! Angela was an amazing hostess and teacher with impeccable English and a wonderful sense of humour. I can’t recommend this class any more highly. Great value, lots of photos shared with us at the end, along with a little personalised (with our individual photos on the front) recipe book to take home so we can make the delicious dishes again later. We had a fun, happy group of people too. It was the best !!!

Vincent is very knowledgable about Taiwan and the brief layover tour that I took with him has given me a very comprehensive education about Taiwanese culture. We also sampled Taiwanese dishes which were out of this world. It was a very hot day but he found ways to park his car closer to attractions to minimize the walk. Eva was absolutely fantastic! We did the Hidden Gems tour of Taipei with her, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. She took my partner and me to places we never would have discovered on our own, and there’s no way we could have experienced so much in the limited time we had in Taipei. One of the surprises was the tea tasting. I honestly didn’t think it was something I would be that interested in, but I’m so glad we did it — it was such a unique and memorable experience. Eva was warm, knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire day feel personal rather than like a typical tour. She really gave us a chance to experience a side of Taipei we otherwise would have missed. She also gave us recommendations for other places to see and places to eat while we are here on our short stay in Taipei. I highly recommend this tour, and if you have the opportunity to do it with Eva, even better. I truly couldn’t recommend her more!

Our tour guide was excellent! She stayed with us from beginning to end. She really took care of us was there when we walked off plane communicated things well. Helped us with translation and communicating with salesmen. She even walked us back into airport when done with your and made sure we got to correct gate. I would highly recommend if you have a long layover in Taipei.

Excellent experience!

This was an amazing day deftly coordinated by our guide/driver. We saw so much in a short period of time but never felt rushed. History, local culture, customs, and context were shared at each stop with a personal touch. Our personal requests were cheerfully accommodated and additional recommendations for our guide enhanced our experience. We'd asked to go to a local place for lunch, and it was an excellent experience. I booked (50's female) and drug along my two teen sons (18, 14) and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the day. Over the last several weeks we've done tours in Seoul, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Kyoto, etc., and this was by far the best. I cannot recommend it enough!
