Super
Our stopover stay in Taipei with guide Vincent Hsu was simply outstanding. Vincent explained everything about this wonderful city in a very detailed and entertaining way. You could immediately notice how much passion and knowledge he puts into his tours.
One of the highlights was visiting the observation deck of Taipei 101 on the 89th floor at about 382 meters high – the view over the city was breathtaking. We also enjoyed visiting a traditional temple and exploring the lively night market with its many impressions and local specialties.
Vincent organized and carried out the entire tour absolutely perfectly. Everything was well planned, interesting, and entertaining. Thank you very much, Vincent, for this unforgettable stay in Taipei!

Our tour guide was...
Our tour guide was excellent! She stayed with us from beginning to end. She really took care of us was there when we walked off plane communicated things well. Helped us with translation and communicating with salesmen. She even walked us back into airport when done with your and made sure we got to correct gate. I would highly recommend if you have a long layover in Taipei.

Excellent experience!
This was an amazing day deftly coordinated by our guide/driver. We saw so much in a short period of time but never felt rushed. History, local culture, customs, and context were shared at each stop with a personal touch. Our personal requests were cheerfully accommodated and additional recommendations for our guide enhanced our experience. We'd asked to go to a local place for lunch, and it was an excellent experience. I booked (50's female) and drug along my two teen sons (18, 14) and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the day. Over the last several weeks we've done tours in Seoul, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Kyoto, etc., and this was by far the best. I cannot recommend it enough!

A wonderful day seeing Taipei from Keelung Cruise Port
Thank you Vincent for a great day in Taipei. We had an excellent overview of the key hi-lights & you looked after us so well in the rain. ☔️ Your videos before each landmark were very informative & your insight taking us around the National Palace Museum made the experience so wonderful!! You went out of your way to assist us - a great dumplings luncheon & so many terrific photos you took of us together have given us great memories too.

Great bike tour with lots of history and immersion in local culture.
Alex was a great guide. From a cycling perspective, most of the riding is done on less crowded alleys and streets, although there is a bit of riding in more crowded city areas. For the more crowded parts, Alex was careful to explain how best to safely navigate.
From a touring perspective, we stopped to see several important historical things and visited multiple different types of neighborhoods. With each stop Alex explained various aspects of the history of Taiwan and the local people. He presented his personal views but also was quick to acknowledge that not everyone in Taiwan shares identical opinions. I found his narrative to be very informative and the sites we visited to be extremely interesting.
Breakfast was at a small local shop with authentic food. Not fancy at all, but very tasty and a great way to sample local foods and be immersed in the culture.

A Must Do Tour: Pick Garen!
A must. Our lovely guide, Garen, was a fountain of knowledge, but also deeply committed to the inclusion of the good and bad of Taiwan’s history and speaking the truth from her heart. The emblem of freedom stands talk in Taiwan’s culture and monuments today.
We went down alleys for ancient delicacies: Black Pepper Beef Buns and Ragwort tea. We visited a temple and learned about the co-existing religions of Buddhism and Taoism, and so much more. Wonderful walk thru zen park, too.

Must do in Taipei
Better late than never on this review. We went last year during Xmas and had a blast. We really enjoyed this informative tour and our guide was so thorough and helpful. We appreciate his knowledge of history and culture. Even my teenagers enjoyed his tour.

Really great cooking...
Really great cooking class where we learned exactly how to make Xiao long bao, beef noodle soup, bubble tea, and cucumber salad. The majority of the class is spent on the Xiao long bao, where you'll let to use your "lady fingers" to make exquisite tasting but mediocre looking (because it's your first time making them) xiao long bao. You really don't need any cooking experience to enjoy this class and I would definitely recommend it if you're going to be in Taiwan!
