Our tour guide was excellent! She stayed with us from beginning to end. She really took care of us was there when we walked off plane communicated things well. Helped us with translation and communicating with salesmen. She even walked us back into airport when done with your and made sure we got to correct gate. I would highly recommend if you have a long layover in Taipei.

Important: Please provide us with your pickup airport terminal! This will enable our driver-guide to know which terminal to wait for you at, and they will be wearing a Justaiwantour uniform, waiting for you at the exit. Your driver-guide will be waiting in the arrival hall with a sign showing your name. After meeting up, you’ll take a quick airport shuttle bus ride to the parking area, then your layover tour will begin.

With limited time, we managed to have a good experience seeing some interesting parts of Taiwan. Our guide Howard was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we enjoyed our short time there. Definately made me want to come back and experience more of Taiwan.

Seamless airport pickup with great communication which is reassuring after a long flight and in a new country. My tour guide Stanley was knowledgeable, funny and took great photos! Which is not something I remember to do. The experience was everything I needed to get settled in a new city and learn about the history of the country.

If you have a 10 hour layover in Taipei I HIGHLY recommend this tour. It is perfect to learn and see Taipei instead of sitting at the airport all day. Kevin was an exceptional tour guide and was very communicative with us! He was tracking our flight and picked us up right when we landed at 6:30am and dropped us off with enough time to get through security 2pm for a 5pm flight. Everything that the ad lists you will do! Again, highly recommend this trip and thank you Kevin!

Great way to spend an 8 hour layover in Taiwan. Saw some sights and was able to get a bite to eat. Very informative tour. I only wish I had more time in Taiwan.

Totally suggest checking out this tour! The tour company and our guide, Allen, were awesome at organizing everything we hoped to see, and their tips were super helpful in planning the itinerary. They kept us in the loop with regular WhatsApp updates about the trip and picked us up right on time on the day. Even when we hit some unexpected traffic, they were quick to tweak our schedule on the fly after chatting with us about it. Super polite and respectful, and Allen gave us a ton of cool insights.
