From the very beginning, Snow was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She made our whole family feel comfortable, especially our kids—she was so patient, engaging, and genuinely sweet with them, which we truly appreciated. She took us to the Shanghai Tower and even helped us take beautiful family photos, making sure we captured such special memories. Throughout the day, she was very attentive and thoughtful, always checking in on us and making sure we were enjoying every moment. Our visit to Zhujiajiao Water Town was absolutely lovely. The garden was peaceful and beautiful, and the boat ride along the river was one of the highlights of our trip. A fantastic experience

This was a fantastic day out. Caroline was a fantastic accommodating guide. We were carefully shown around several sites as well as enjoyed a canal ride and rickshaw ride. Lunch was delicious and vegetarian dietary requirements were accommodated. Caroline was friendly, and passed on so much knowledge. It was a very enjoyable day out including the driver navigating very busy streets. Lots of photo advice and opportunities for breaks.

Amzing and Must Try Food Tour in Shanghai!

This tour gave us a really good taste and introduction of the different flavors and textures of Shanghai (and even Tianjin) cuisine! TJ was very knowledgeable and gave us the culture and the sense of history across the different stops that we made. From the Piggy buns, to the Tianjin skewers, and even a taste of elegant simplicity in the tomato egg on top of steamed rice, this was a worth it tour! We ended in perhaps one of our favorite pan fried soup dumpling place (outside of Yang’s dumplings) and it was a truly remarkable experience.

She was so patient with all my questions and incredibly knowledgable about everywhere we went. I made multiple changes to the original suggested itinerary making this even more impressive. Alana behind the scenes was always attentive ensuring the whole experience went smoothly and our driver was on point. Always close by ready for the next stop. Great Southern Wall

I had a free weekend in Shanghai and opted to do this day trip to Linhai. Emma arranged everything for me from picking me up at my hotel and getting me to the train station. The South Great Wall trip was amazing. Had a perfect day with sun and no clouds. Emma was my guide and she was great! Very knowledgable and her English was perfect. We opted to do the stairs first and loop around. Glad we did it that way as there were a lot of stairs. Great views, and great history lessons. After walking the wall, Emma arranged lunch prior to our arrival. She selected 4 great dishes that gave a great tasting. And the beer was cold. Bonus points! We then walked around the city a little taking in the old buildings. And then of to the lake. Great views, old architecture and even more history. Overall well worth the trip! And as a bonus we had some time to spare before heading back to the trainstation, the driver took us up to a great spot to over look the city. I would definetly recommend this if you want to fill a day, and Emma works on the weekends only. If you happen to book and get Emma as your guide, you will have a great trip!

Not enough great things to say about our guide Patrick! He was very knowledgeable and provided the perfect amount of history and information. Patrick is fun with good sense of humor and great English. This night tour was a perfect mix of activities. We started with the river cruise and enjoying the spectacular views of Shanghai night lights from the VIP viewing area. We then visited multiple locations in the Bund and French quarter. Stopped along the way to try different food and to the most beautiful pictures spots. Did i mention Patrick is also a great photographer too :) Highly recommend!!!!!
