I did the sightseeing tour with Tracy. She was very knowledgeable and she gave us sufficient time at each of the tour spots. The communication was very clear and she also gave us a lot of recommendations what to do in Xi’an beyond the tour. I visited when it was 38°C outside - bring a hat because a part of the tour is outside and the sun is strong!

If I could give Wendy and her business partner, Mr. Jiang (姜), 10 stars, I absolutely would. Their service was truly top-notch and exceeded every expectation we had. Wendy has a rare ability and passion to bridge both Western and Eastern cultures, making her an exceptional guide for our bilingual Asian American family. She understood exactly what we were looking for and tailored the experience perfectly. What impressed me most was that Wendy reached out well before our China trip even began. Her tour of the Terracotta Warriors and the Bronze Chariots was incredibly well structured. Every minute was thoughtfully planned, and she made excellent use of our time. She packed in so much fascinating history and detail that we would have completely missed if we had explored on our own or joined a large group tour. She brought Chinese history to life in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Our driver, Mr. Jiang, was equally outstanding. He was not just a safe and professional driver, but also an attentive guide. We barely had to walk any unnecessary distance because he always seemed to be waiting exactly where we needed him whenever we moved to the next stop. His coordination with Wendy was seamless and made the entire day effortless. One of the highlights of the trip was seeing how much my son learned. In just one day, his understanding of Chinese history grew tremendously. He was genuinely fascinated and deeply impressed by everything he experienced. He has traveled extensively around the world, yet this was one of the most memorable tours he has ever taken. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn’t join us this time. That simply gives us another reason to come back. When we return to Xi’an, I won’t even consider touring without Wendy. I will absolutely book with her again and recommend her to all of my friends and family. Thank you, Wendy and Mr. Jiang, for giving our family such an unforgettable experience. It is quite a long day when the temperature is high! However, Rosa was an excellent tour guide and was always one step ahead, carrying things for us to allow us to take photos and finding the best places for us to get unobstructed photos. Our driver was also great and always ready to open doors and hand out cold bottles of water. Our son actually struggled in the heat and we had to finish early but Rosa booked our tickets for the city walls to allow us visit them later when it was cooler. The lunch was also delicious.

Jacky was our guide and he was very informative, good English, and knew how to maneuver us through crowded conditions. The terracotta soldiers was superb. The city wall, lunch, and the Muslin Quarter portions of the tour, despite the heat, were also quite interesting.

This company went out of their way to assure I had a good experience. The communication was excellent and they worked with me to assure I was on the tour despite being taken by a taxi to completely wrong part of city for the tour meet site. Danny was excellent at explaining all that we saw, and giving history behind everything! I would recommend this company over any other tour I have been on!

This was a great food tour. The tuktuks were the perfect way to travel in the muslim quarter. Our guide, Diehl, provided explanations and history of the different foods. We had biang biang noodles, skewers, dumplings and guord chicken. You finish at a tap room to sample beer. A unique experience!

Our guide, Sasha, was excellent. We traveled to the terracotta warriors in a nice car and we spent just the right amount of time at the site. It was very very crowded when we got there at 9, so if you'd like to avoid crowds, I would recommend going when it first opens.
