The pick up was on time and the car was lovely, very smart and clean and safe smooth driving. Kalvin was brilliant, great English, incredibly knowledgeable and very experienced, it was great to spend the day with him and really enhanced our trip. Would definitely request him again and would recommend him to anyone travelling to Shanghai.

We have had a fantastic time and sooo much food. Jade, our guide was outstanding, she was so much fun, personable, knowledgeable and very engaging. We were a small group only, 3 participants, but it never felt odd. She made sure everyone felt looked after. The food was plentiful, very yummy and very authentic. We visited little local places we wouldn’t have known or found ourselves.

Emma was an incredible tour guide! She was personable, timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely took each of us and our individual needs into consideration throughout the entire day. Her advice regarding the different entrance options for the Southern Great Wall was especially helpful. She carefully explained what each option involved, including the additional 200–300 steps after the Warrior/Hero’s Slope to reach the top, which allowed us to make an informed decision about the route that was right for us. Our entire day was planned perfectly. After coming down from the Great Wall in the heat, Emma even treated us to ice cream before lunch so we could cool down — such a thoughtful and very welcome surprise! Lunch itself was absolutely amazing. The entire tour was an incredible experience for all three of us. On a personal level, I have difficulty walking, and climbing the Great Wall was a significant challenge for me. With Emma’s guidance, patience, and encouragement, I made it! That is an experience I will never forget. All three of us would wholeheartedly recommend Emma. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and ability to make the day enjoyable for each of us made this an unforgettable experience in China. We could not have asked for a better guide!

Very smooth tour facilitated by Kalvin! My mom and I enjoyed his thorough knowledge of the city as we traveled to and from the boat. Boat tour was incredible with fascinating views and a private area to enjoy the scene. The Uyghur food afterwards was an excellent meal!

Caroline was an absolute dream! From the very first moment, she welcomed us so warmly and made us feel incredibly comfortable. This honestly became one of the most beautiful and memorable days of our entire trip. She is an absolute professional and somehow always knew exactly where to go, where to stand and how to take the perfect photos. Some of the most beautiful pictures from our entire journey were taken with Caroline, and we will keep those memories forever. A very funny and sweet surprise: we are Iranian, and Caroline even knew a little Persian! That made the experience even more special and showed us once again how much knowledge, passion and personality she brings to her tours. We loved everything about the day – especially the rickshaw ride, the beautiful boat ride, the food and all the little moments in between. Everything was organized so smoothly that we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. For the price, this tour is an absolute must-do. Caroline is genuinely one of the best tour guides I have ever had, and I have done many tours around the world. We would recommend her again and again without hesitation. This was such a great tour. Snow did amazing at educating me, making me feel safe and making sure I had a good time as a solo black girl. Mr Chu was also a great driver and so hospitable despite minimal interactions. And thank you to Alana too for arranging this for me. So glad I used my layover for this and can’t wait to come back and do Shanghai properly!!

We used Mr Orange's car services on 3 separate occasions whilst travelling in China, twice in Shanghai and once in Hong Kong. Each vehicle was of extremely high standard, luxury vehicles, very clean and comfortable with water provided, luggage assistance, direct to door pick up and drop off, charging cables available and use of translation apps made things easy for us, especially for our initial landing in China as English speaking tourists who had never been before. Communication upon booking and any follow up questions or help we needed was very quick and provided us with everything we needed. Would strongly recommend this service to anyone and will absolutely be using them again on our next visit.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Our guide Autumn was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Autumn’s personality was a delight and this was a trip my Grandfather and I won’t forget!
