A memorable day trip to Suzhou

This is a flexible private tour which allows you to travel in comfort and also help form the itinerary. Our excellent, kind and knowledgeable guide Shirley made sure we saw a wonderful historic garden and house, enjoy a boat ride on the canals, and enjoy a delicious lunch of local Suzhou dishes.

Absolutely Incredible Suzhou Day Trip – Ask for Annie!

I had an amazing day tour in Suzhou, and Annie made it absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was seamless. I was picked up from my hotel, taken to the bullet train, and then greeted with a private car in Suzhou for a full day of exploring the city’s highlights. Annie is warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about Suzhou’s history and culture. She brought every stop to life—from ancient pagodas to tranquil canals, classical gardens, stone bridges, and charming old streets. She explained the meaning behind the architecture, the symbolism in the gardens, and even pointed out details I never would’ve noticed on my own. The pace was perfect, never rushed, and she always made sure I was comfortable, had great photo spots, and even helped me try local food. The coordination between bullet train and private car was effortless, and I felt completely taken care of the entire time. If you’re visiting Shanghai and want a beautiful, peaceful, historic contrast to the big city, this Suzhou tour is a must—and Annie is the guide you absolutely want. Highly recommend!
