The best experience in Shanghai. Our guide Queena was very friendly and explained things really well. The car for the transfer was very luxurious and comfortable. The sights during the river cruise were amazing. The food at the end of the evening was also exceptional.

This half day tour enabled us to set a programme together with our excellent guide , Sophie, which suited the preferences of all three of us. Sophie spoke perfect English and was very knowledgable. We were carefully driven from place to place in a comfortable car. We visited two temples, the French concession, a tea ceremony and some shops known to Sophie , off the main tourist track.

We had such a wonderful experience on our Zhujiajiao Water Town and Shanghai City Private Day Tour, all thanks to our amazing guide, Snow! From the very beginning, Snow was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She made our whole family feel comfortable, especially our kids—she was so patient, engaging, and genuinely sweet with them, which we truly appreciated. She took us to the Shanghai Tower and even helped us take beautiful family photos, making sure we captured such special memories. Throughout the day, she was very attentive and thoughtful, always checking in on us and making sure we were enjoying every moment. Our visit to Zhujiajiao Water Town was absolutely lovely. The garden was peaceful and beautiful, and the boat ride along the river was one of the highlights of our trip. Snow made the experience even more meaningful by sharing insights and making it fun and interactive for all of us. What really stood out was how she didn’t just guide us—she truly connected with us. Her warmth, energy, and genuine care made this tour unforgettable. We are so grateful to have had Snow as our guide and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Shanghai!
