We designed this program with a goal of maximizing direct participant experience in makgeolli making from the beginning to the end. The introduction to the traditional Korean alcohol with a storytelling (folktale) will help participants get acclimated to the experience, even if they are new to Korean culture. Lastly, we support our audience engaging in a sustainable practice through utilizing reusable items. This activity also serves as a solid team-building activity as team effort is essential in making traditional alcohol.
