Eddie and Julian (I hope I remember their names correctly!) were the best tour guides I felt like family by the end of the tour. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, safe, and I felt taken care of! The tour was jam packed with adventure from a small local swimming hole, to playa Linda, to having lunch at a restaurant with the best of a waterfall before hitting up Nauyaca falls, and finishing with a pitstop for coffee in Dominical. I truly had such a great day and during the green season we had a small group of 5 total. I cannot express how much I loved this experience!!

This was an excellent tour. I thought I would miss it because I was running a bit late but fortunately there were only three of us in the group with our guide Luis. Upon entry to the park, Luis immediately began pointing out wild life and reptiles for us to see with the naked eye as well as through the scopes that the guides carry. He was instrumental in pointing even the smallest of creatures to us and was masterful at taking pictures with the cameras on our phones through the lens of the scope. Best tour ever!

This was our favorite tour of our entire trip! Our guide, Luis, was incredibly knowledgeable and offered us so much information. He got to know us and how we like to interact with nature so he could go at a pace he knew we would appreciate. We went through the forest slowly, which allowed us to see an incredible amount of wildlife. Luis spotted so much wildlife we absolutely would not have seen without his trained eye. It was a beautiful experience and we are so grateful for Luis and for everything the forest showed us that day. We will remember that tour and that day forever! Gracias Luis!

Brilliant knowledgeable guide - fantastic eye at spotting wildlife!

The team gave us really clear instructions before arriving - particularly with what to bring/what not to bring which was important as the park is very strict with what they let in. The team organised the tickets before which made it a seamless, hassle-free day for us. The guide, Mop, had a great sense of humour and an incredible eye for spotting animals within the park - he has been doing this for 25+ years! He definitely had the biggest scope and was kind enough to take all the photos/videos using his camera and air-dropped them to us at the end of the tour which finished on the beach. It was a slightly larger than initially expected group for us, but this way due to sickness, so took some time getting through everyone seeing the animals through the scope, but all the groups were lovely so wasn't a big problem for us.

Really worth having the guide who knows so much about the animals in the park. Best part was that he could spot the animals and using his telescope could show us a close up look of them. Our guide's name was Kevin who was a young, well educated young man. His English was impeccable and his knowledge of the animals endless. He was very down to earth and approachable. His photography skills were amazing and he graciously shared his pictures with us after the tour.

It was a great tour!...

It was a great tour! Everyone on the boat was absolutely wonderful and was very attentive. My friends and I got sea sick just because the waves were kinda rough but even that couldn’t ruin our time! Truly recommend booking! Definitely an experience you don’t want to miss. BUT if you do get seasick, I give you fair warning and book at your own risk lol!

Super Sloth Sightings!

Manuel Antonio national park was amazing! Andre’ our guide was a bonus and needed to point out all the animals. He was knowledgeable and humorous with including all guests kindly. Jungle Cruise Adventure

This excursion was unique in getting to see animals at night in their natural habitat. We saw many birds, bats, black & green iguanas, a yellow Boa constrictor, frongs, colonies of termites & ants, as well as a large variety of foliage. Our guide Andersen and the boat captain were determined to give us a great experience to the point that they got out of the boat and pulled us through the extra shallow waters when necessary. The guides were friendly with other boats, each sharing any sights that they saw so that all tourists could have the best experience in the wild. Anderson repeatedly checked in to see that everyone's questions were answered and that all were having a good time. The boat captain maneuvered the boat in ways so that people sitting on either side were able to have a good view of each animal, allowing plenty of time for photographs. Seeing the animals still and sleeping provided a unique experience to really enjoy their true beauty. Anderson was incredibly friendly and engaging with both kids and adults, ensuring we all had a great experience. The only recommendation I would give is to provide brighter flashlights for each passenger. If you choose to embark on this excursion I recommend light pants, tank, and lightweight long-sleeved shirt, as well as spraying yourself with bug spray, as there are a fair bit of mosquitoes but manageable if dressed appropriately. I found that having my long hair down with a hat helped to keep the bugs away from my neck and face. Bringing a small personal flashlight would be helpful. As some of the lights provided were very dim with limited battery life. Our 4 young kids greatly enjoyed this adventure!
